Atp app asking fir agreement, press yes, then it asks for defaults and won’t go any further nor open

To resolve ATP/WTA Live network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ATP/WTA Live App
1. On android, goto Settings » ATP/WTA Live » click [Force Stop]

Clear ATP/WTA Live App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ATP/WTA Live » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ATP/WTA Live.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ATP/WTA Live » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ATP/WTA Live » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ATP/WTA Live
