This app is so broken and buggy. When I try to login and send a password link to my email it never sends. Sometimes it just puts me into a log in loop of asking for my number and my email over and over again. The help chat function is VERY slow. Waiting ten minutes for anyone to respond to me. I had to go in the store in person to achieve anything. It also saved my old number in the app, even though that number was discontinued. So I was paying for a phone number that didn’t even exist. While it appeared my new number had no service. This app is so bad, I am considering changing phone services altogether.

Purchased the DIY Prepaid sim ($268 HKD) online and received it 3 days later by mail (HK Postal Service). The DIY Prepaid SIM not available at Fortress electronic store. Followed the instructions on the package. It is useless. It says to download My3 App. The Apple App Store only shows Three app. I don’t know if that is the same. Anyway, will not activate the sim. Called the customer service number provided in the SIM packet, they are not helpful. Saying that customer number is only for monthly plan customers.
Additionally, 3 does not have eSim. If your mobile phone does not have SIM card slot, you can not use 3 service.

It is like their goal is to give you the worst service possible. I bought this when i arrived to the uk hoping to use it for my journey and ended up connecting to every free wifi i could find ! Every time i say i will wait for the next city i am sure they have better coverage their i end up looking for wifi just to open google map ‘! Truly disgusting service and terrible internet not even google open up ! Stay away please do not buy their sim you will regret it.
