When I use Printer Pro to save articles from The NY Times as PDFs, I have lately been getting a message that tells me that I appear to be a robot, and it keeps spinning. It works with other publications. Any idea?

How to fix Printer Pro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Printer Pro app on iPhone
Update Printer Pro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Printer Pro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Printer Pro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Printer Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Printer Pro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Printer Pro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Printer Pro App
1. On android, goto Settings » Printer Pro » click [Force Stop]

Update Printer Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Printer Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Printer Pro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Printer Pro.

Fix Printer Pro unable to contact server/ Printer Pro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Printer Pro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Printer Pro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Printer Pro
