Péssimo serviço de assinatura. Estou sendo cobrada em duplicado há mais de 6 meses e já tentei de tudo e não consigo resolver o problema. Agora além disso, não consigo acessar as revistas pelo aplicativo sendo que minha assinatura é puramente digital. Quando tento acessar aparece uma página falando que preciso fazer upgrade no meu plano. Frustrante.

Já sou assinante não consigo acessar a minha conta. Está sendo descontado dinheiro da minha conta e não consigo entrar em contato com ninguém. Um aplicativo medíocre. Essa é a minha última tentativa de entrar em contato antes de processá-los por violarem o código do consumidor tão descaradamente.
