After the last update I lost what ever credit I still have in the MVG shop. iPad version can’t be started. The management of this should be fired, together with the product management, test and verification team. Another worst I have ever seen. Where are the CEO and board who allow this to happened. If I am on the MVV system and using this nonfunctional app and can’t get a ticket I will be fined while you fat lazy people don’t even care. Shame on all of you. Joe
Der ios10 "upgrade" scheint der App schwer zugesetzt zu haben. Man kann Tickets nicht mehr im vorhinein kaufen. Dies sollte so bald wie möglich korregiert werden.
After the latest update MVVApp has become unusable. Logging into MVVApp you need to delete it and reload from MVVApp Store and then register again. Planning a trip gives a error message and asks you to retry which continuously fails. The interactive map is not usable. MVVApp is definitely not recommended although it has some great ideas if they could get everything to work.
In which century do you live MVV?? I understand you have a system but do you really expect me to search your plan so I understand your zoning system?? Who gives a F@&#%??? I wanna go from A to B and I don’t care how you split up your city! Wake up to the new world is usability! It’s coming... DELETED!
Diese App hat keine Möglichkeit, das Passwort zu Resetten. Wirklich nicht! Ich habe die Entwickler angerufen: “Wir sind nur die Entwickler.” Ich soll die MVV anrufen. Stell mal vor - ich soll die MVV anrufen (das wird spaßig sein) um mein Passwort zu Resetten, weil die Entwickler sowas aus dem Entwickler-Kindergarten nicht eingebaut haben.

MVVApp was terrible to begin with, but now I can’t even login anymore - just “internal error”. They also added Apple Pay, but it’s not once ever worked for me - again “internal error”.
Would like to be able to use MVVApp, but it just crashes when I try to open it. iPhone 13 running iOS 15.

Not worth trying to install. Fails to load. Attempted 3 installs without success. So much for true, verified QA, UAT and customer satisfaction
About two days ago, MVVApp stopped offering Apple Pay as a payment option, leading me to being late as I had to find a Kartenautomat instead. This also means that I now need to store my card info MVV on the web app, which is extremely slow and un-user-friendly. I'll update the review once, and if, Apple Pay returns.
Otherwise, MVVApp works as advertised.
The new app looks great, but on the eve of Wiesn, the English translations in the ticketshop have been removed. Not cool for people that were planning to use MVVApp to get around Munich during Wiesn.
Please update MVVApp for the iPhone 6 Plus.

The other review is clearly from an American who doesn't understand public transport. Learn how things work before you start ignorantly judging them. MVVApp works great and I have no problems with it.

Easy user interface and functionality is very good
This isn’t much more than an online timetable app. Actual cancellations or delays never seem to show up in MVVApp . In a city like Munich where trains and buses are almost never on time and prolonged cancellations are frequent, this is quite useless. Plus, every bit of information is pulled from the servers with superslow connections so that everything is sluggish. A real shame compared to other cities like bvg app which is quite accurate and responsive, but unfortunately I’m stuck in Munich for a while.
