Invalid number

How is it possible that I can’t sing up with my number. I have tried all the ways possible to type my own number and the app doesn’t recognize it. What a terrible service for your users Vodafone! Plus the quick access doesn’t work. Any suggestion on how to type the phone number would be helpful. But I’m afraid it’s just your app not working properly.

Won’t recognize my number

I have a Vodafone account but I guess MyVodafone is separate so I tried to register and it keeps saying my phone number I entered is invalid. I even called *#100# to make sure I was typing it in right. Seems many others have this same issues based on the reviews I’ve been reading.

Doesn’t work correctly on iPhone X

App doesn’t work correctly on iPhone X. They need to test their products and functions on popular phones. If you try to set up an account on the iPhone X you cannot go through the whole process because the app has many bugs. Also if you use another device or computer to sign up, then use this app on the iPhone To reload via credit card there are more bugs in the drop down menus when you cannot select any amount and go through the process. Bottom line. Major Issues for years on iOS. Any very little support or fixes.
