New update

This new update is just such a poor design. You can’t see the time and date on the tickets anymore without opening every individual ticket.

Poor Customer service

I have no idea what happened to corrigo, it's looks they're going to destroyed this software on purpose, believe or not! I'm not able to send anything through IntuitFieldServiceMgnt to customers who have yahoo, AOL and Gmail accounts. I called them maybe 25 times no one care about this issue and the customers, I'm so disappointed

Finally and Update

Finally an update that fixed the pictures to work orders however not being able to keep you’re phone on night mode and see anything is terrible and font sizes are way way smaller. Hope someone reads this review and fixes now these issues

Needs an overhaul to update to modern software.

Needs an overhaul to update to modern software. Now it’s crashing when trying to use camera under picture notes. Also crashes frequently when refreshing in a poor signal area. Interface is slow and not intuitive.

Needs to be fixed. Have been using IntuitFieldServiceMgnt for two years and it has crashed daily for two years. Would be nice to have a few more options, like off of the desktop service. Kind of sad. Please fix for five stars.

Meh...

IntuitFieldServiceMgnt keeps crashing on my iPhone 6s Plus running iOS 10.2!!
Even if it didn't crash all the time, the layout is a bit confusing and too many areas to remember where to put notes, completions or flags etc. Everything should be put in one drop screen so it's easier to find and fill out the desired document. You should also save a step by filling out notes for completed jobs in the same page (although you can write notes, you can't use the return button to start a new line). It's just stuff like that that makes me say "Meh"...

Nice program if you can get it to open.

Set aside 5 minutes each morning to delete the application and reinstall it. Once it opens, it has a lot of nice features.

IOS issues

Running 9.2.1 on iPhone 6s. If app is closed for a while it freezes when you open it. I have to close out IntuitFieldServiceMgnt by double taping the home button, then re-launch IntuitFieldServiceMgnt and that usually works. Please fix issues for 5 stars.

Check in/out process

Need to streamline IntuitFieldServiceMgnt .

Need to setup a check in/out process.
When you start a job it should let you choose a time
When you check out choose a time, work description, amount, invoice. Whatever field you need to fill out to complete a ticket.

Keeps kicking me out of app

For some reason lt will kick me out of IntuitFieldServiceMgnt when I try to add pictures, write what i did on the job and sometimes when I try to change job status. Please can someone show me a fix. Or update IntuitFieldServiceMgnt

Getting Better

I like the addition of being able to add a new customer for a new work order but you also need the ability to add new work locations as well. Keep working on it it's getting better.

Needs updating

Apple Maps will not auto navigate from Addresses it will only show a turn by turn. Also add a dark mode please.

Needs update!

Since the most recent iPhone update IntuitFieldServiceMgnt now crashes when uploading photos to a work order. This is an enormously important feature and it needs to be fixed immediately

Works good overall needs bug fixes still have random crashes and emails take forever to send from IntuitFieldServiceMgnt also.

Great app for workers and organization!
Still slightly glitchy but only like once a week crashes but is quick to restart.

Works with IOS 10

IntuitFieldServiceMgnt works a whole lot better with IOS 10. On 9 it would freeze often when accessing IntuitFieldServiceMgnt . I'm much more happy now!

Overall a game changer

We are a business with 10 trucks in the field. We have paid to customize this program to our needs. I've spent years looking for a program that could accommodate our needs and this one has provided what we need for over 2 years. The ratings here don't seem to do justice to the potential of this program and the affordability of it compared to others that can't compete. Take a second look and evaluate carefully. This is a great program.

Great for work

Very functional for my job, and all the features let me change whatever I want while in the job

Easy for my techs

Straightforward mobile app lets my techs focus on the work and not software. Driving directions, GPS, photos, prior site and equipment service history, signatures, mobile payments.
