I have used the app in the past, then it stopped connecting to my pc. I have updated both on the pc and the phone and checked wifi connections and firewall, it still fails to connect. What else can I try? I'm using a Sony Xperia 10 IV and a Dell laptop running windows 10. Thanks

Worked until today. I cannot update the PC past 4.502 but my phone will not download anything but 5.001.

The apps works fine on my desktop, but when my mother tries to use on her notebook it doesn't work, it used to work a few days ago but now it isn't responding, she tryed to reinstall the app both from her computer and android and nothing helped.
