Too many clicks to open

Every time you open you are asked if you are a professional or home user. Then asked specialty. You are also asked for email address but can simply bypass that. All in all too many clicks to open EyeChartHD . This should be a one time registration.

Useless to Have to enter your profession every time!

Please stop with asking your profession and your email address every time you open EyeChartHD . If this is not fixed soon, I will be ending my subscription.

Awful

Have to register who you are, what your profession is, every time you open EyeChartHD . Makes it useless in a professional setting

Stopped working in iOS 8.

Support website does not exist and app is nonfunctional frozen on the first screen. Need a new app now :(

Painful

I have to register every time I open EyeChartHD . What a pain

Orphaned App

Another orphaned app. No updates in a while.

Bugged?

I didn’t download or give permission to download EyeChartHD and it was installed on my phone (no other users, I watched it download after using Youtube). I don’t trust this.

Where is the mirror button?

When I did the explore option it said there was a mirror feature so I paid for the upgrade--no mirror feature.

Excellent but a few caveats & suggestions

Make sure you turn the brightness setting to max. This greatly impacts the score. The instructions should mention this
The Ishi Hari is a great addition. I would like the plates numbered and an interpretation available. I would be willing to pay a little more for a few more plates
With these changes, this would be 5-star. A great App.

Useful

It's useful, but probably NOT the BEST eye test out there.

Essential for residents

I am a neurology resident and when seeing patients in clinic and in the emergency department, there is generally no chart available to test visual acuity. Even if you are lucky enough to have a pocket card, the patient already knows what the letters are after you have tested the first eye, biasing the results of the second eye exam. This program eliminates all of these difficulties. My iPhone is always on my person so I can easily whip it out and check visual acuity and with the randomization feature, the patient has unique combination of letters each time.

This app was amazing!

It helped me see how my vision was and was really helpful. 👍🏽

EyeChartHD is great. I use it to test my vision all the time when I am at home/away from my doctor.

It is also a fun little tool to test your friends' vision.
