They provide a countdown to order your tickets but the ticket is not protected. After charging, they are prone to revoke your purchase even after purchasing within their timing window. What this means is that the price advertised is not necessarily the price that is available. Additionally, while their business operates in the United States, their customer service is only accessible via international call. After they revoked the tickets I purchased, I was charged $63 dollars for calling customer service. They aren’t in the business of brokering tickets, they are in the business of hidden fees and disingenuous scams.

Edit: I see the developer responded. Save your breath. As countless others have indicated, Bravofly is a scam. Don’t trust it.

Bravofly is built on scam service. There is no way to talk to a real person unless you’re living in EU. The company will book an itinerary with an airline when you purchase the tickets, but would not buy the tickets at that moment. Since airline prices can change any minute, by waiting for days they are accessing your money and not buying tickets, and are scamming you. They are well known for cancelling the tickets before flights and they would never refund you. Thor refund process is non existent and is in place only because a business needs one. Never buy anything from this scam. This review for the company itself not for the correctness of Bravofly . Bravofly shows what’s on the website.

Be forewarned: DO NOT book anything through this app. As the Coronavirus epidemic is currently going on, Airchina has issued full refunds to eligible fights. My flight is included in this, which was confirmed when providing Airchina customer service with my flight number. this app denied my refund request claiming that "this is in accordance with (Airchina's) terms and conditions." Additionally, a friend of mine booked the same flight via CheapOair and received a full refund within 2 days of requesting a refund, while this app took 2 whole weeks to send me a rejection email. Please do not give this wretched business any of your money.

this app has the worst customer service, it is impossible to talk to someone that can actually help you when you have an issue. They lied to me multiple times about changes allowed (I bought a special insurance for this), and then they tell me it's not possible and that they offer me a refund of only airport fees... This is a total scam, and I should have been reading the online reviews before purchasing anything with these thieves.

If you are not from Switzerland, do not buy their tickets or use their app. I bought tickets and insurance, and something popped up where I had to cancel. The only way to cancel and get a refund is to call their international number that starts with a +44. Yet, on their website, it states if you bought insurance, you can cancel through their website. Complete garbage and will never use again.

I’ve been using this app for a few years now and Bravofly itself s easy to use! It’s got great flight deals on biz class tickets and I love how easy it is to use PayPal at checkout! 5/5

My flight was cancelled due to coronavirus. I requested a refund, and didn’t receive any response in a month. There is no way to contact customer services. This business is basically stealing money. Do not book anything using this app.

This company double charged me for my booking, charged me 5 dollars a person for digital boarding passes and were no help at all the reverse the charges. Do not try and save the money. Not worth all the headaches as they made my account negative. Had to open a dispute.

Don’t book from them. They don’t answers your calls and emails and you won’t be able to either change or cancel your flight! They are so stupid and never work for you if you want to change your ticket

You go through all the work of booking a ticket...wait a few hours...then realize you don’t have a ticket.

Booked a flight and paid a premium for cancellable flight. Tried to cancel within 6 hours of booking and was refused. AVOID.

I and my girlfriend booked through this app/BF 2 months ago. One of our legs is with AirBerlin. AirBerlin goes out of business yet BF never informs me. I only know this because my girlfriend got an email saying reservations are canceled. We then try to get an alternate flight with BF and they say they will inform us by email within 2 days. We did this twice and each time they send an email that we can’t even reply to saying there are no available flights. We are getting the runaround while our flight dates are arriving.

They tell us we have to find alternate flights and to request a refund through AirBerlin. We pay BF money yet we must get a refund through AirBerlin. But only a refund through on that part of the leg?! Yet the other legs are still valid?!

At this moment I’m still on hold trying to solve this problem after 3 weeks, and with a new customer service each time...update....finished talking....they only can tell me they will put in a request for a refund, but get this, within seven days. My flight leaves in 11 days. Any new booking I get is going to end up costing probably double since the time is so short now. So now I wait on a possible refund that who knows if it will ever happen. Horrible customer service and obviously not an American-based company which they would never do something like this. Their management should be ashamed... and I find out it is a British-based company. They should know better than that!

If you book with this company beware as they don’t have things well organized and up-to-date. And you’ll be working with customer service that is obviously outsourced to Asia like the usual companies cutting financial corners, all at the customers on peril.

I loved Bravofly . It's super easy to work and I love that everything I need to make arrangements for I can do using one app. I wish when I was looking at hotels that there was an easy way to go back to the main list of all available. It seems like I had to do the search from scratch once I clicked on a hotel. Other than that it loaded fine and I am happy that this should save me some time than searching through many websites.

Recently accidents do not happen a lot. So the quality of the flight as people are interested. I'm going to have to work right away, but do not know how to choose the airline. Be a friend introduced me this app applications used and found it very convenient, easy to use and I chose to be a pleasant flight with her. Thanks !

As a traveler anytime you book with a third party company always confirm your flight with the actual Airline, call! Mistakes happen, so do your part and double check always. As soon as you're able to check in, do so also! They have a bad rep not sure why…I had zero problems!

I booked a flight from Seattle to New York for my mother and I. I searched through Google flights, and for the lowest price it referenced me to Bravofly. After booking my reservation I was emails a day later, stating my booking was not confirmed, and I would receive a refund in 15 days. The customer service is terrible. There is no phone number only a robot assistant, the fact that you pay money for the chance to get a confirmation on your flight is a strange and unreliable way to book while traveling. Do not book with this company.

this app, would not refund me, after they failed to contact me about a change in my flight. I am not the first, they trap you in this loophole and keep the money you put up for travel expenses. Do not use this third party travel agency, you will lose every dime. This loophole is when they fail to tell you about any changes, and they change your flight dates and times constantly as well as not updating Bravofly so your stuck in the dark, this is a clearly scam. Stay away!!!

Anything that could go wrong did, and they expressed no care to help fix their errors in my bookings, cancellations from their end and supposed “credits” that are still pending.

I booked a flight through them and they deny to do any service for me. Now I called the airline checking if I could work sth out with them and they cane back to me telling me that my name was not in their flight list at all. Good luck trying to reach them by phone or email. PleaseDO NOT TRUST THEM THEY ARE A BIG SCAM!!!

They sell you for Flexible flight that you can change the date.
Nope they said airline don’t let them and tell you to cancel the flight and just get your tax money back.
No refund for nothing. Or even the extra charger that they charge you.
