I booked a flight through them and they deny to do any service for me. Now I called the airline checking if I could work sth out with them and they cane back to me telling me that my name was not in their flight list at all. Nope they said airline don’t let them and tell you to cancel the flight and just get your tax money back.
No refund for nothing. Or even the extra charger that they charge you.
