It is not possible to connect my iphone 6s to my computer trough wifi. I downloaded the program to my mac and I started using RemoteMousePro in my ipad. It was connecting fine. After a few days my app kept crashing over and over. So. I decided to give it a try in the iphone app because usually iphone apps are much better, so I bought it. BS. It doesn't even detects my computer. My ipad seems to connect just fine and my iphone wont. Please fix this or I seriously want a full refund on RemoteMousePro and my ipad app. And also. I hate that we have to pay for RemoteMousePro and inside RemoteMousePro theres more stuff to buy and RemoteMousePro doesn't even connects that good to the computer to actually be worth the money we have to spend in order to have the actual FULL version. Enhance your app. Its not very useful in real world.

STILL NOT CONNECTING FROM MY BRAND NEW IPHONE 7plus and my MACBOOK PRO 15 inch 2017 running macOS Sierra. What a bummer.

While I believe it unlocks landscape use and ads (though I don't even remember seeing them) it does not unlock all features. Media remote, web remote, and others still remain locked behind a pay wall.

The description itself does not clarify what pro actually does. It is the same description as the free version. In particular, controlling volume, which is in both version descriptions, implies it is available in all versions when actually media remote (an additional paid feature) is required to use it.

RemoteMousePro is deceitful in its feature descriptions and quite frankly too expensive to to fully unlock all features. For the basic use, sure it works but I cant give it more than one star due to the deliberatly deceitful descriptions and purchase options.

RemoteMousePro is excellent when it’s working. Unfortunately I’ve had a consistent issues for a few months now where I am regularly unable to connect to my desktop. Instead, at the top, it says “Connection Failed”. I’m on a fully updated iPhone XR and I’m connecting to a Windows 10 pc (also fully updated). I’ve checked out the FAQ but nothing that was recommended has fixed my problem. I’ve found the ONLY way to fix the problem is to disable and then re-enable the WiFi on BOTH devices. Sadly, this bug is happening too regularly (about every other time I boot RemoteMousePro ) for me to leave a high rating. Without this bug, this is a 5/5 app

App was amazing and worked perfect in the past. As of recent I have had a problem. I will paste my issue below because I tried to send in a support report through RemoteMousePro but was unable to send... I looked online but couldn't find a place to go to report my issue. So last place I feel I can be heard is here. App was 5 stars prior to this issue in my opinion but at this point it's just about useless... so here is my problem, I have an issue when moving the mouse with RemoteMousePro . When I move it across the screen it is not fluent. The cursor will be jumpy and will cause me to over shoot my target. In other words it appears laggy. I do have my phone connected directly to my pc through wifi sent out from the pc. In theory it should have a better response time since I'm not running through a router. I haven't used RemoteMousePro very much recently but have noticed that any time as of recent the mouse will be jumpy as I try to move across the screen.

This is extremely upsetting. I’ve used the free version occasionally, but never felt really useful for my particular use. This week, I stupidly fell on the trap of believing that the PRO version would give me the iTunes controls: I paid $1,99 for the PRO only to find out that it DOES NOT bring the “media package” so I’d have to put more money for it.

Looking for a refund, but it seems that this particular “add-on” is non-refundable!

If I don’t get it, so be it. But you, developer, you’re not having my money willingly. I want my money back, if you keep it, we can all see where your morals are.

IN-APP PURCHASES?!? For the same price as what I ALREADY PAID?

Yes, it is a great tool, does great things, etc. BUT:
I bought the pro version thinking it would give me all the tools it said it would, but NOPE! All the pro version does is enable landscape mode. I wouldn't have minded watching an ad every time I switched to landscape mode, but to charge $2 for every individual feature?! I want a refund, RemoteMousePro is not worth $10. It's worth $2 for full access, and that's what I was led to believe I would be receiving when I paid for the 'Pro' version.

The touch pad on my laptop died, so I downloaded this and it works great as a temporary replacement. I don't use any of the features except for the touch pad and scrolling, so I can't speak for those, but the track pad is accurate and doesn't have any noticeable lag for clicks and mouse movement.
The one thing I would like to see would be an option to use it in landscape mode without having the keyboard in the way.

I really like RemoteMousePro. I have my laptop across the room from my couch and I can control every aspect of my computer with my iPhone. Sometimes the cursor lags making it harder to hover over a small ui button but it’s not all of the time.
My main gripe is with apps’ shortcut buttons. As it is now it takes way too long to pull up the keyboard and the command buttons to use common keyboard commands. It’s faster to just use the mouse.
Overall. Great app though.

I guess this issue started after updating RemoteMousePro . I restored in-app purchases because I am a “Pro user” to make sure I have access to the Web remote and Media remote. I have no issues when switching to the Media remote, as soon as I select the globe for the Web remote RemoteMousePro crashes! Please fix this.

Also why is there a new prompt for creating an account or log into existing account when pro features are accessed via i -app purchase?

I only give RemoteMousePro four stars because it isn’t completely intuitive to install if you aren’t software savvy. Also you’re only paying for the most basic features of RemoteMousePro , each extra feature runs you about 0.99$
RemoteMousePro works great though, when connecting to some computers it may require a bit of troubleshooting if you haven’t installed it 100% correctly. Make sure fully adhere to the download and installation instructions of Mac/PC and you’ll be set.

I LOVE how it works with BOTH Bluetooth or wifi because sometimes I don’t have my phone connected to wifi and I just want to use cellular and still be able to use the remote. RemoteMousePro allows that. I would say it’s pretty user friendly and have had no crashing issues or glitches. Hoping they can make shortcut buttons for the Anki desktop app (like unified remote, but unified remote doesn’t connect via Bluetooth). Nonetheless, thank you!!

Worked for about a month then stopped being able to connect to my PC. I went through the FAQ and nothing helped. I went on the forums and found a bunch of postings of people with the same issue but no answers. I’ve uninstalled, reinstalled, upgraded, checked firewall settings, antivirus setting, but nothing helped.

I use RemoteMousePro every day. There is one small glitch in that it doesn't always connect to my computer right away, and I have to select it in the history menu. This may however be an issue with my wireless router, or my computer, rather than RemoteMousePro , and only occurs once in a while. Other than that it has been a great, reliable, and useful app.

By far the best of all the ones I tried. The mouse, buttons, and keyboard work smoothly and reliably.

It is so helpful to have voice input. Please make the voice input easier to use and continuous if possible now you have to dictate and then push send. You can not do more than one line at a time. But it is an excellent app. Thanks for the good work.

I’m a gamer, I use a pc, I like to mod and I’m more comfortable with a controller than the mouse and keyboard. I also have an 11 week old puppy. Switching between the keyboard and mouse, over to the controller and back again while juggling a very curious puppy became a bit too much. This solved everything. I didn’t even try the basic version and went straight to the pro version. I have a trackpad that works, gestures for more mouse based tasks and a keyboard. All of this works seamlessly after an hour or so of getting to know RemoteMousePro . Kudos to the developer. I highly recommend RemoteMousePro , especially for people who’ve become more accustomed to using their phone for I/O.

RemoteMousePro has improved the quality of my leisure time by leagues. I can use my PC for multiple screens from my couch, bed and pretty much anywhere I'd like to. RemoteMousePro has huge ambitions and I look forward to seeing if they can add even more QoL features to an app that already adds so much. I can't imagine living without RemoteMousePro. I can't go back!!!

I have this to control my 2015 MacBook from my phone, while the laptop is connected to a projector on my wall. This is dope. I can pretty much use my laptop as normal without lifting a finger, and gets rid of the extra factor of dealing with a wireless bulky keyboard. Although, media buttons could work better, as well as the volume control. Overall, the function is awesome and I feel like a genius lol

I love RemoteMousePro, lately I’ve had to searches and write things on chrome and other. If you have no rush and don’t have to do crazy tasks on your computer it’s good. I feel like the more time you use this you get used to and learn how to become faster at it. I’m just waiting for the customized shortcuts features and would be even more happy

I love RemoteMousePro. I literally use it everyday all day. Couldn’t live with out it!

But.....I keep getting a prompt to update to newest version. I updated 2 days ago, yet every time I wake my phone and use RemoteMousePro it asked me to upgrade.

I have the pro version, and I’ve had it for years. It’s just annoying and I downloaded another type of mouse( it sucked bad ). Anyways thanks, and let me know if there is anything you or I can do.

I typically used a wireless keyboard with mouse pad, and having using it a lot at night in a dark room, it was a pain trying to navigate the keyboard. And as I was considering buying a light up keyboard with mouse pad, which could cost $80 to $100 I found RemoteMousePro out of the “there’s got to be an app for this problem” curiosity. And VOILA! Keyboard and mouse pad on my phone. And if I can’t see what I am typing from far away, RemoteMousePro let’s you see on the phone what you are typing. I spent the money to upgrade to pro and well worth it! I can’t believe this has been around for years!

First of all there are three separate packages to be unlocked and the way it was portrayed it seemed the “Pro” package includes all but it didn’t so if you need the Media and Web Control you need to buy them separately. When you buy the Pro package it asks you to download the pro app which every time you open it shows an “Update Available” dialogue even though RemoteMousePro is the most recent, the link takes you to the non-pro app. Additionally, while I’m using a good WiFi router the cursor response has a significant lag and its motion is very discrete, hard to navigate.

I bought the pro app a couple years ago and really liked it. I stopped using it for a while and came back to it a couple months ago. It fails to connect to my computer every single time I try to use it. I got a new phone recently and it still fails to connect. I have the program on my PC set as an exception for the firewall, but it still fails. I've tried every suggestion to get it working and it won't work with my iPhone 6S or XR. It sees my computer is on and available but just fails to connect.

Had RemoteMousePro since day one then I broke my phone and never had he need to replace the phone so RemoteMousePro was lost to me until today. I fixed that phone only took a year lol and there RemoteMousePro was. Downloaded it to my new computer and off i went being able to watch control and play with the laptop a good distance away.

Really nice app. I use it on all my devices. Took me a while to figure a few thing out and of course there is more stuff you need to purchase if you want certain features but they aren’t absolutely necessary. I still bought them. I have the free edition and the pro. I use it all the time 👌 good job app dudes!
