MouseKeyboard worked for the first 2.37 seconds, right before the “rate MouseKeyboard” showed up. It was in an infinite downward scroll after that, so I closed MouseKeyboard on the PC—as well as my iPhone. Guess what? They don’t install an app normally to your PC. I know this because I could never get it work again, regardless of the times I restarted both devices. I was never able to search for and find an actual executable for the PC neither. Tbh, I don’t trust the PC “install” as an app. Do what you want, but I’d pay for something else.

You have a good opportunity to make a stellar app here- but latency is your worst enemy. I have a server-less Bluetooth mouse and Keyboard app from way back that just refuses to let me down.

Rule #1 K.I.S.S.
Rule #2 an app that requires installing something more on your computer to function will ALWAYS come second to one that “just works” OTB.
RULE NUMBER THREE: NEVER pop up in app with a sob story about how you work so hard on something when it has latency issues worse than the ghosting on a 1989 Apple IIe clicker.

MouseKeyboard is fine but it lags a lot and it’s sometimes frustrating when clicking something like a folder or buttons. Also I didn’t find any way to to drag folders around, there’s no gesture for this I guess.

Really cool app to play with. I really like remotely using my laptop. It enables to multitask on my desktop. Which is always a great plus. Still discovering what I can and cannot do with the application. Will report back when I had more time and experience

I enjoy MouseKeyboard for its functions and ability to utilize my phone as a remote keyboard. It is also worth mentioning, a more personalized, customizable experience for accessibility would be a addition to what you have already created.

MouseKeyboard is a great alternative to remote mouse, unfortunately MouseKeyboard still suffers from some network issues that I’ve noticed on similar apps as well but it does seem to be overall a better product than most remote desktop apps! Make it a little more user friendly with network issues and reconnecting it and it would be a flawless product imo!

To be honest, I’ve used a few of these apps, and I’d have to say by far this is the easiest one to use. I haven’t been harassed to purchase anything. So far I'm a big fan. I have been able to type in the search bar too which is rare and cool. When using these kinds of apps it's a real game-changer when you can do it all.

I have had a hard time with wireless keyboards, always running out of batteries or loosing connection. Today I stumbled upon this keyboard and mouse app. It works beautifully just as I was looking for and the best part is it’s free. I have a projector and call me lazy but I don’t like getting up every time I want to change or turn the volume up or done this had made my projector experience go up 10times super easy to use very self explanatory perfect!!

I would honestly highly recommend MouseKeyboard if you have a setup where you want or need the ability to use it with just a phone, it’s responsive, everything works, and most importantly it’s free. I’m not sure how any gaming would work or preform but i’m sure if your all out of options then you could possibly do it.

It works really well. It connected really easily didn’t just do a quick download on my PC and on my phone and the link was really fast other apps like remote now and that one is just a crappy app. I hate that one. This is actually really good so we’ll see.

It's indeed exhilarating to use MouseKeyboard. It's very beneficial for a comfortable input. The real reason for my excitement is I can use it to dictate specific applications on the Mac, which I was not able to do with Mac’s voice input. I am attempting to explore further. I wish it would someday support third-party keyboards to dictate in another language (It would be great if I could use it with the Manglish app to dictate in my mother tongue-Malayalam)

MouseKeyboard along with the website is perfect for when I find myself is situations such as when my mouse is broken and in the meantime I need a replacement or whenever I’m trying to stay warm and don’t feel like using my mouse. Good work and keep it up, looking forward to future updates!

All in and all for free, a heavy BIG thank you. All is great so far with me, functioning well with everything. I’m using my laptop as my tv and everything entertainment, linking it to a big screen so I struggle with the mouse and keyboard and i keep forgetting them here and there. But i got my phone always on me plus it’s so much easier with comfort. Thank you again for the great work you did. Wishing you all the success and the best.

I use MouseKeyboard to easily input characters for other languages on my pc which only has a physical English keyboard. Using my phone is easier because I can quickly switch between languages and see the characters on the screen.

Also quite wonderful for gaming if your pc is connected to a projector you don’t need to bring a large wireless mouse and keyboard to the coffee table in order to open games/type messages etc.

I have been using MouseKeyboard for a while now and I’m very satisfied with it. It does exactly what it says and I haven’t had any issues or bugs with it so far and that by itself speaks volumes. Great work and I recommend it for anyone that is looking for an app like this.

With MouseKeyboard I was able to reset my computer whose keyboard was randomly non-functional for months. I was able to save all of my items before a factory reset as I had all the capabilities with my phone as I would with the working keyboard. Now I keep MouseKeyboard in case anything ever goes wrong again, and just for fun! I use the controls during presentations at work and to work in a more comfortable position instead of being hunched over a laptop. Highly recommend!!!

MouseKeyboard has integrated perfectly with my Mac and my iPhone. It’s amazing to be able to control my Mac while it’s plugged into my TV across the room. i’ve been delighted to discover all of the extra features that this has beyond just a simple mouse and keyboard. Things like workspace, switching, etc. It’s great!

I use my iPad as my keyboard because of a disability. I have several apps that I can use as a keyboard and this is by far one of if not the very best one! I love that I can change the background and the colors to suit my moods. Thank you for creating a product that is not just easy to use but also very easy for someone with a severe physical disability, to use!

I appreciate the functionality of MouseKeyboard. It’s user friendly, and has options for mouse clicks and keyboard. Syncing MouseKeyboard on the iPad and cpu was pretty easy. I think the setup time was about 5 minutes. Thank you for your continued work on MouseKeyboard!

About MouseKeyboard , does exactly what it says it does. And it does it well! My ten minutes of experience (as of now) has been really smooth. The UI is really clean and straightforward and the help section has everything covered to the finest detail so if you ever find yourself looking for any help, you won’t need to lose your hair.

About the dev, your apps and website are beautifully crafted and your story is incredibly inspiring. I really hope you get the exposure you deserve in the near future.

I was pulling my hair out looking for a solution to remote control my windows laptop when everything else I own is an Apple product. It’s great in my bedroom to run what I need to do from bed. If you’re looking for an iPad to windows controller this is the exact solution for that.

So far, MouseKeyboard have been working perfectly. My iMac mouse died (it uses batteries) and I haven’t had the time to buy batteries, so I have downloaded other remove mouse apps that have been disappointing, so far this one has been easy to download and go through it. Let see from now to a few weeks.

I’m currently at my aunts place with my laptop that’s starting to give out and the keyboard broke mid sentence I was typing. I was iffy on other apps that I had seen because they had in app purchases. This is free with nothing behind a paywall and works perfectly well although a little clunky. Installation was relatively easy. It works as described. I loaded MouseKeyboard on my iPhone and downloaded the PC App on my Windows 11 PC. While I have a Logitech MX Series wireless keyboard, it is heavy and not suited to being held in one hand. Plus I need the trackball to navigate. MouseKeyboard does it all with NO installation hiccups! It also works sideways making the keyboard larger. They thought of everything. I will be checking out their other Apps as I also have Apple TV boxes. Thank you.

First off, if you’re downloading MouseKeyboard you are in a small niche of people looking for a keyboard for a unique situation. I’ve tried a few apps with limited to no success.
I have a custom built gaming pc that it hooked up to a 65” tv in the living room. This pc is primarily used for gaming with some web surfing and movie watching.
While I have a wired gaming keyboard and a Bluetooth keyboard I was looking for something I could on an as needed basis without dragging those keyboards out.
MouseKeyboard fit the bill perfectly. Setup was a breeze and app works flawlessly. Much impressed.

I have only so far used it on my Mac and it’s working great, I wish I didn’t have to activate every permission but I can understand the purpose. Hopefully it works just as smoothly on my pc. I will update once I do but it’s great so far!

MouseKeyboard is actually pretty awesome. Free to use, full keyboard functions such as ctrl, alt, del, and so on. I downloaded this because i wanted a mouse and keyboard to use for when I’m being lazy and laying down and mixing on my digital audio workspace. I’ve used other ones, but none of them offered free to use full keyboard functionality, which I prefer because I can use shortcuts to do things like undo by pressing ctrl+z instead of scrolling to the icon or right clicking. Definitely recommend!

Amazing app honestly this compares to no other Bluetooth keyboard AND mouse. Works really good. A security option of asking you to allow this device so outside devices can’t control your pc…! Lots of cool custom options and convenient features. This is absolutely one of the best iPhone apps I have ever used. It re-creates the Mac keyboard experience almost perfectly. Scroll with two fingers, tap to click, Everything is well thought out. I initially thought it would be great if I could see the screen on MouseKeyboard . But then I realized that would be stupid because I’m looking at the screen and just using MouseKeyboard as an input device. MouseKeyboard is great. I can’t say enough about it. Apple should embrace this 150%.

I bough an iPad and Magic Keyboard, loving it, and my biggest issue is that my previous keyboard space is now my iPad space, which means I lost my Bluetooth keyboard for windows (nbd normally). Oh, im using a bed tray or lap table btw. So either way, just download one lightweight program on pc, and open MouseKeyboard, do what you need to do, then bam done. Only issue Magic Keyboard, when typing too fast, sometimes repeats keys because its of course a remote input application sending data over WiFi, type slowly and it wont be an issue.

MouseKeyboard absolutely saved me, was super easy to navigate and as i do not have a pc mouse right now i was able to install MouseKeyboard on my pc and download it WITHOUT using a mouse and that's phenomenal. it's super clean to use on mobile too, and doesn't have a lot of windows delay unless you're trying to play games or something.

Listen, I don’t trust a lot of the apps on this store. But this one, this one right here is art sculpted by god. Not only did it take nothing but a second to connect to my laptop. I have tried to use a few different apps like this, and this seems to be the only one that works with all of my devices and doesn’t force close all the time! It runs smoothly and very easy to navigate! It doesn’t take up a lot of space and was extremely easy to install. Definitely recommend MouseKeyboard.

I just bought my first pc and I didn’t have a keyboard yet so this was a saving grace to get my computer setup. The software is super easy to install and everything from a normal keyboard works on here like copy from your phone and pasting onto the desktop. Even alt+tab works. I thought it would be slower than it actually is when I first installed it. I had to use windows on screen keyboard before i got this working and it is a night and day difference. 10/10 would recommend and I will probably keep this on my phone even after I get a keyboard.

App works perfectly!! I do ask one thing can you make it when it’s your personal PC on your personal network that it doesn’t ask for permission on the computer every time! My laptops keyboard has stopped working and I can’t afford to send my laptop to get repaired at the moment, I order a keyboard I can connect to my laptop in the mean time, however it’s still in the process of being shipped. I cannot afford to stop using my laptop for my school assignments so I turned to this keyboard for the “s,z, 1” keys I didn’t expect much but MouseKeyboard is amazing and is really helping me. Great app !!

I’ve only just got this application up and running on my devices but everything is working pristinely so far. I am considering switching over to the Remote+ app from the same developer as there are a few more features in that one such as the ability to remotely control volume, which MouseKeyboard does not possess. That’s on me for not researching the rest of their products. Thank you Cherpake for all the work you do n your applications and I wish you nothing but good fortune on your future endeavors. Keep up the great work :)
Edit: lol I figured out I can just open my control settings tab on MacBook and use the slider to adjust sound so maybe I’ll hold off on upgrading to the Remote+ app for a bit longer than previously anticipated

I love MouseKeyboard. Was very easy to set up, and was what the doctor ordered for my Mac Mini connected to my living room TV. I have used a small wireless keyboard, but typing on my phone or iPad is more natural for me. Bravo!

MouseKeyboard has given me the freedom to use my desktop like a proper TV. I now just kick back and use my phone as a “remote”. Saves having to drag a wireless mouse and keyboard around!

The user interface is really, really good for any app, especially a free app that’s so useful.

The mouse and keyboard are easy to use and there isn’t intrusive junk making it a frustrating experience to do basic things like make keyboard shortcuts for volume, mute, etc.

I highly recommend MouseKeyboard for anyone looking for free convenience.

Can’t speak to the security but seems less risky than most free software.

MouseKeyboard is so perfect it has all of the key features of the Apple keyboard the only thing I really want is the volume and brightness keys as with that it will be a complete app.
