Got Cupid , signed up a month to get more features. Was aware of the billing. Beware lots of bots vs real humans. Cancelled back around April with email confirmation, looked at account and still getting billed. Had the bank issue me a new debit card, updated in phone and somehow this app is still billing months later. Talked to the bank again and the only way is if I close my checking account and open a new one. The apps not bad, just don’t sign up for advanced features unless you want it for life. I’ve emailed them since and no response to email. I call it very fraudulent activity once they get your account number you can’t get out. I’ve requested refunds but imagine, no response. Would not recommend, very big hassle with no service!

I somehow receive messages, but repo ding back is another thing. I hate when you get a message and you respond back but you don’t receive a response back in return. Makes me wonder is the women o Cupid are real or not. Met a person on Cupid, weird this is they don’t use social media, don’t talk on phone and also pictures seems fake as well but. Real or not, responding and making a connection is what Cupid is for but when no one responds back it makes you wonder is Cupid is even worth trying.
Don’t want to be scammed.

Lots of cat fishing out there. If it’s too good to be true, it probably is! I have yet to interact with a single real person, all cat fishers or people trying to get you to call or email them. Also, the location is horrible, only gives vague, general ones. Save your time and money. I was stupid enough to give them money...no refunds folks!

Cupid is stupid, you can only see one photo, you can’t say much about yourself, only if your smoke or drink. You can’t Message your matched without paying. I really do not recommend Cupid there are way better apps that allow you to Message the people that matched with you.

Cupid is horrible not only can you not even look at pictures but even if you message someone you can’t see there response with out upgrading and as if that weren’t bad enough you also have to deal with all the fake

Not worth your time to even download or even to set up an account. Cuz to do anything you have to pay such check your messages and further on features you would think should be user friendly NOT

You cannot look at others pictures or see messages unless you outfit subscription. They also have made it extremely difficult to delete my profile. Help!

Cupid would be so much better if you didn’t have to subscribe just to respond to what someone’s says. A week subscription is almost 20 bucks and the price just keeps climbing would love to chat with folks but this app made it to where we can’t fix it and Cupid would be better

I do not use the application. and uninstall it from my phone, but they still charge me for membership. How can I get my refund, I sent them an email and they do not respond?

Cupid for some reason would not recognize my location. In my search it will not let me put my location to set a radius near me. The only thing it would let me do is pick preset location which is nowhere near me. A fail on that part. Other than that the rest is very good

I love this site because there are lots of real single women on it
But the problem is after subscribing for few days I discover I don’t get messages anymore , I can send messages but I am not getting any in my inbox , I’d be glad if the developer can fix this , have seen three people complained about that
Can the developer help me fix this issue of not getting messages in my inbox , it’s killing me because I have subscribed 23$ to be on the site full membership

The only reason I rated 5-stars is so you can read this, ITS A MAJOR SCAM, not only are there no women on this site, but also this site is way to expensive, I thought it was too good to be true, i thought this was Cupid , but it wasn’t... DO NOT GET
