My old question is why times can watch this new or system is too slow or very poor can’t see it. Wish near future make more better quality on this page thank you.

Still not working great lots bugs and stop working last night. Couldn’t watch news at 9 pm still not working today early this morning until 4 am to 9 am block lots bugs get out . Hope fix problems on this page. Thank you

Worst problem is if you are listening to music and open a page in FOX17News it will silence your music??????????
Please fix this!

Images and pages fail miserably.
They really need to replace whoever is responsible for FOX17News, it is fail city.
One of the worst apps I use, but I love Fox Nashville.

Latest version opens to blue screen showing improvements. Cannot get out of that to see news. Version does not rotate screen. Removing from my ipad. New and improved for programmers does not mean new and improved for users. Do they not test updates to see if they work prior to release.

While I like FOX17News , you get way too many notifications (5-20 per day) with no way to adjust to only breaking news or the type of notifications you want. Most of the notifications are teasers to try to get you to watch the news. I would not recommend FOX17News. I’m deleting mine.

As someone who goes to work later in the mornings, I loved having the option to stream the local news after 7 am. After your last update, this has disappeared. At least NewsChannel 5’s App works until 7, then they update with viable traffic alerts afterward. Deleting app and moving on since this was the only reason I had the Fox 17 App.

No live streaming from this Fox17 app any more? Why did you think it was a grand idea to remove such a useful function in a news app. The local CBS and NBC news apps are now getting 100% of my attention in the mornings while I’m getting ready for work. Very, very disappointed. Maybe you should look at your ratings and actually do something to reverse the results you’ve created.

FOX17News worked the first couple of times I used it, but the next day I was no longer able to open it. Every time I tried using FOX17News, it would look like it was loading... And would stay stuck on the loading screen without ever actually opening FOX17News . I deleted it.

Why won’t the screen rotate on a tablet. Very annoying when you use your tablet with a keyboard. If there is a solution let me know.

Above and beyond an acceptable amount of notifications throughout a single day— so much so I will be deleting FOX17News . Would have kept if there was a way to limit notifications to specific topics that matter to you... and several duplicate notifications! It was honestly so annoying.

Way to many ads, some take up a quarter of the screen! Cut down on the ads, I know you are money hungry but come on!!

I can hardly do anything on FOX17News . When I first opened it, it was so laggy and then it eventually crashed. Now I can’t even open FOX17News because it keeps crashing

Latest update does not work with latest ios update. We can see the article titles and photo, but when we try to open the article all the text is blacked out and appears to redacted like a report to Congress

Tons of stupid stuff that are not news worth a push notification. Next time I get notified about the Masked Singer, I might delete FOX17News .

Crashes frequently. Video playback pauses involuntarily. App will not post stories to Facebook. Issues have not been resolved after several months of waiting for you to fix the bugs!

FOX17News doesn't automatically refresh itself with new content regularly.

It also doesn't have a refresh button so your left looking at the same stories for days.

I just want alerts for IMPORTANT breaking news, not human interest stories or every time the Titans score. There are sports apps for that. I don’t see any way to customize content for alerts in FOX17News .

Need more text stories in lieu of video. Create breaking news alerts. Like the weather section, but could use animated radar.

This is my third time in 3 years loading FOX17News. Each time I deleted as soon as I loaded it. It simply does not work. I really love this station on my TV, and really wanted to stay in tune with this station. You all failed. I will take my viewership elsewhere when I am exercising or on the road.

This is probably one of the worst news apps out there. It would appear that they never proofread their stories before they put them online. They definitely need to update FOX17News and put more up-to-date stories on the website.

App works fine as long as you don’t use dark mode on the iPhone. If you do, it just shows black boxes where text should be seen.

FOX17News works fine, the notifications are ridiculous, to many and duplicates all day long. I had to turn them off and turn on NC5 for notifications. I reported this and even got a reply acknowledging it but after weeks, still no fix.
