Syfy app not loading The Ark episodes on my TV with Firestick. I was able to watch episodes 1 - 4, then yesterday, I tried to watch episode 5. The title splash screen comes up and the three dots alternate but the show never starts. I tried uninstalling, then reinstalling the app on my firestick. Rebooted, cleared the apps cache. Still no-go. 2 March, 2023. Anything else I can try?

I downloaded the SyFy app to my samsung smart tv. When I enable the app to watch a program, the screen just goes black. There is nothing I can do or press, all I can do is go back to the tvs home page. Then I downloaded the app to my android tablet and the same thing would happen. When touching on the SyFy app, the screem just goes black. Can you please help me with this problem. Thank You.
