Can’t change password

I forgot my password and try to retry it but on the page to reset that password I type in the new password then try to type to confirm that password it keep saying it doesn’t match! I’m frustrated cause I try it so many times and keep saying it doesn’t match!

App not accessible

I’ve owned MyChair for over 10 years and I used to love it. Paid $15 back then. Now you want to make it a subscription. Ive tried contacting support by email 2 times and have never had a response. You have frozen my account and I can’t access any of my information. I have slowly closed down most of my clients but still wanted ( retired Zulu’s to husbands Illness) to keep track of the few I still see. I’m so disappointed. Would be nice after all these years if someone would get back to me.

Don’t like the new update view.

The most recent update, 2 days ago, will not show me my monthly view, which I prefer.
My scrolling list on the home page starts a month previous and I have to scroll to get to the current date.
Is there a fix to show my month has my default?

Love hate

I want to love MyChair but I’m struggling with the email reminders and can’t get anyone from support to respond to me. I also notice I had an appointment disappear from my schedule. I was lucky to notice it ahead of time so I wasn’t in a jam. I’m waiting to hear from support.........

Great app but please fix bugs!

This is a great app for keeping track of clients, services and payments. However it keeps crashing lately when I go to check someone out. Please update!

Just purchased

Just spent hours trying to find the best app for hairstylists. I have been using a paper planner for YEARS. (15+) This one by far has the best options and so similar to an at a glance planner. Plus no need to grab info because it simply is a planner and holds all your clients info, which is great, And it’s free. The biggest fault is there are SO many glitches. And crash at certain edits. Really hope this can be fixed because I would recommend this easy to use app to any of my hairstylists! Please fix the crashes and edits!

Last

Lost 11 days of information when I updated MyChair today. All appointments lost and information inputted gone. I cannot seen to get customer support. This happens quite often when I’m forced to update MyChair . I pay $99 a year for this!?

Updated:: I finally was able to reach Jeremy at support. He has been helpful and all of my information was restored within 24hours.
My best advice is screen shot schedule before updates till all the bugs are out.

Erasing clients out of my schedule

Ive been using MyChair for a few years now . It has been working very good except a couple months ago it has started erasing appointments out of my schedule. I don’t know what glitch is going on. But it’s been messing up my schedule and I’m double booking people. It’s been such a mess! I’ve sent two emails and haven’t heard back on how to troubleshoot this . Very disappointed about this!

A little glitchy

This is a great app. But it’s a little bit glitchy. I reported a problem several times it doesn’t seem to correct. When I go to complete a client to check out. It does not record it until I move to a different page and then come back. I don’t have time to keep switching pages to see that my data has been input correctly. Please fix this glitch!

Use to be the services I used often shifted to the top of the menu. Hasn’t happened yet, and not sure how to make that happen. Also not seeing what is so different that the fee will increase for so dramatically next year.

Pretty darn good

I purchased MyChair in November 2011 when I moved to a booth rental salon. It is so easy to use and keep all my data in one place. Tax season is going to be a breeze. The few glitches I have experienced this app support has been very helpful. Their support is also proactive, as soon as they find issues the post about it on their Facebook page and either give you the fix or tell you when the fix will be released. All of the poor reviews for MyChair seem to be from people who haven't taken the time to educate themselves. I also told three of my colleagues about this app and they have all purchased MyChair and use it successfully for their businesses. The only reason I rated 4 instead of 5 stars is because of the iCloud migration for app use on multiple devices. I realize this is something they have been working on for quite a while and I know the update is coming and I can't wait.

Excellent Customer service!!

My chair is the only apple I ever use for my appointment scheduling. This is mainly due to the fact that Customer Service is always responsive and able to act quickly to rectify the very few issues that have come up.

I’ve been with my cheer for over a decade and find it to always have improvements, Jeremy is the best at any and all issues with MyChair !

When have you heard that an app has an actual person that you can contact for any issues? Well, my Chair does the best out there.

If you are on the fence I’m here to tell you don’t delay get it..

Best app ever!

I love everything about MyChair! It’s so organized and I love the color coding for services. My clients even love the reminders, it’s so helpful. If there is ever an issue, Jeremy is an email away and always quick to respond and fix bugs. Highly recommend

Cloud Update Version

Ok, we are revising our review. We did get support today during the update process. Took a bit of time and worry as we thought we lost our data, but all is well. After the full sync all appears correct. 4 stars for now until we have more time to use MyChair with the cloud data.

Used the old app and loved it.....but this update is simply amazing.....everything syncs to computer, iPad and iPhone. Now no matter what device I have I can be in touch with my schedule. Thank you so much for this great update!!

Great app for appointments, great chrome service

Great app. The customer service is really good too! I’ve had to call for help and they answer quickly and are so helpful.

Love this app.

I have used MyChair for many years and not only do I use it for my hair salon but for all my other scheduling. I do have to pay the yearly fee but this is so worth it to me. I am also glad that it’ll now sync with my phone, iPad and computer. If I have any issues I get help in a timely manner and actually speak to Jeremy. Totally recommend.
