Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Radyo app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Radyo app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Radyo app on iPhone
Update Radyo app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Radyo iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Radyo on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Radyo network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Radyo not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Radyo app issues:

Force Stop the Radyo App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Radyo app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Radyo to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Radyo App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Radyo app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Radyo.

Fix Radyo unable to contact server/ Radyo internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Radyo » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Radyo » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Radyo on android.
