Worst App offered by Any Airline Ever

To call this an app at all is not really accurate. It’s just a web browser that seems to be throttled to be as slow as possible. Open up thier website in safari and you’ll have the exact same experience except it will load faster.

Really this should just be deleted from KoreanAir Store until Korean Air decides to enter the 21st century by building a real app. Not an embedded browser.

Don’t even bother downloading. A total waste of 35mb on your phone.

Worthless

Absolutely garbage. Korean Airlines is normally a respectable company but their app is completely worthless. It rarely if ever finds my flight after typing in all the information than the few times it does it forgets it by the next time you log in so you’ll have to re insert the locator number, name, date, to-from etc... You’re much better off just going to their web page. I fly commercial a lot and use all the apps, this one is third world country quality.

Serious disappointment

KoreanAir is shockingly bad. I use a dozen other major airline mobile apps, and this one is orders of magnitude less useful, buggier, and harder to use. Nothing works. Everything asks for exhaustive information and tracking numbers to look anything up.

I feel for the developers who are working on this, but seriously: start over and build core checkin features exactly like any other major airline’s mobile app.

Very slow. No improvement.

Guys, please use it before you release it. At log in, you need to wait for a while and sometimes for minutes. Every tap makes another delay. I give you one star but would have done zero if there is a choice for it. Just want to ask you why you guys made this. To give your customers an impression that you are not happy with this mobile era? Shame on you.

Decent, useful app

I’m using it on iphone 7. KoreanAir is intuitive and useful to quickly check my booking status, etc.

It’s a bit slow but not that bad compared to other apps.

Extrememly Difficult to Change the Language

I am giving KoreanAir a 1/5 stars because it failed on a critical feature: changing the language EASILY. It changed the language to Chinese when I was in Taiwan (which was a stupid thing for KoreanAir to do), and I am STILL trying to find how to change the language to English. This feature should be on the front page! 엄정 귀찮다!

Skip the app, use the kiosk

KoreanAir cannot remember your reservations unless you have your Skypass number on the reservation (whether or not you logged in). You can’t change your seat. You can’t get a boarding pass for US departures. In other words...it doesn’t do the main things you want an airline app to do. Skip the all, just use the kiosk. Or a different airline.

Just wow

So I that your overall rating is one star. I think your fans my have overestimated your site. It won’t even open. Previously deleted KoreanAir because it was stalking me against my will. Tried once more and now it won’t even load. So I guess it’s not really an app so any score over zero is just an exaggeration right

App is the worst of all airlines

Why use this it’s faster to print out boarding pass at the airport. Find trip as a guest you have to enter full details, then it’s not saved in KoreanAir for future use. I deleted this memory space waste of an app as fast as it installed. Gone!

Nothing Works

The only thing you can do is look up your reservation - and that only works half the time. You can’t check-in using KoreanAir , even though it is supposed to have that function. Don’t bother getting KoreanAir, it’ll just take up space on your phone.

For previous comment

They don’t want you to use KoreanAir that’s why

The Golden 똥 Standard

KoreanAir has always been bad and just continues to get worse. Do yourself a favor and open their site in Safari in the desktop version of the site. Then you may actually get something done.
Do not download. Nothing but constant crashes

Impossible!!

When I go through the whole painful process of entering all my personal data, KoreanAir (and on the website) indicates that the reservation is not allowed to be displayed online.
$3000 for an economy ticket and than this crap.
Korean Air: first and LAST time I will ever book a flight withy you. ZERO SUPPORT.

Impossible to search reservation

KoreanAir needs an update to be usable. The search reservation view seems to be letting me enter characters but nothing is displayed. The cursor just moves along in the edit box. Upon submitting it says information is missing

Unintuitive, buggy, slow you name it. Overall a terrible app

I tried to access my roundtrip reservation using KoreanAir but it is impossible to do so. Horrible app. I love Korean Air but they should invest more resources to improve their internet presence to be competitive with the other world class airlines.
