Really lame way to search for hotels.

Since Hotels was free I had to give it an automatic 1 star just for that.
Could not find any other reason to give it an additional star. Well maybe they deserve one for stupidity but other iPad developers have already beat them to that.
Anyway, if you find that Hotels is the greatest thing since sliced bread, then you have a problem. You may wish to try a staycation for your next trip instead. While doing so, you could develop your own hotel iPad app and save some cash on your next trip. If it's any good, you may get a better rating than 1 lousy star like this one.

Does not have a refined search function. Can't even find the popular this app.
Limited, but with promise

Looks like it could be a good app, but it lacks a vital ability: to be able to search within price ranges. Right now, you just get a huge list of all places in an area, where only maybe one in ten could be in your budget range--and you must click on each one to discover this. That stopped me right there.
It does the job but can be a bit irritating.

It found the this app I needed. But the interface is primitive. For example, hitting the "back" button takes you all the way back to the main page, forgetting all your preferences for the search in question, forcing you to re-input them. A few versions from now, my guess is that it should be fine. The price is right.
