I can open and use most used car pages but if I try to open the New page for any Make, it starts to load but the page and app just disappear and my phone returns to the Home Screen. I have clears my Cache and history plus removed and reinstalled the app on my phone. This problem has been going on for a couple years.

Hello, I just downloaded the Kbb app but unfortunately when I put all the info in and go to the value tab it’s just black with the price descriptions but no prices. Thanks
