'Login failed' is the message I've been getting on my iphone for about a week. I never had issues before. I always stayed logged in and didn't have to reenter my login info. Now it doesn't even give me a chance to enter info. It immediately says 'Login failed' when I click on 'Login"

How to fix Newsday app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Newsday app on iPhone
Update Newsday app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Newsday iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Newsday on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Newsday network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Newsday Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Newsday not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Newsday App
1. On android, goto Settings » Newsday » click [Force Stop]

Update Newsday to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Newsday App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Newsday » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Newsday.

Fix Newsday unable to contact server/ Newsday internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Newsday » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Newsday » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
