For all of the negative reviewers maybe you should read the description of InNOutLocator before downloading it.

In N Out doesn’t need to cut down their wait times or make it more convenient for you. I still don’t understand why anyone would wait that long for any fast food burger, In N Out is GOOD but not THAT GOOD. If you’re dumb enough to wait that long, it’s on you. They are doing great with their business model and they are sticking to it.

Why create an app that does the same thing as a Google search. Actually, strike that- on a Google search you at least get a link to click on to see the menu. Why even have InNOutLocator?

I understand that everything In-n-Out makes is fresh, albeit excruciatingly slow, but is offering someone the menu and the ability to order ahead… will that REALLY sacrifice the quality? Chick-fil-a and Whataburger have nailed the express lunch. How has In-N-Out remained so archaicly behind in their slowness? Step it up!

Really? A toddler with no hands could make a better app than this. No menu? No ordering? No nothing? It’s literally the shell of an app. I’m wondering how much $$ was put into this and someone at corporate said (in a Donald trump voice) “Ok yea. This. This is good. This is the best app ever developed. I have people, many people, who say InNOutLocator is the best, probably ever. Chinuh will be jealous. The have, ya know, they have cups in their stores. Two hands? Who needs two hands to hold these cups they’re one handed cups!”

Seriously... just awful. 0 stars.

The drive thru is always very busy and the workers do there very best to make everyone’s meal the best it can be. The workers are risking their lives everyday for us. And the meals are divine. They have never messed up my order. In n out is amazing.

This is simply a locator app. Why is the company so lazy? Every other major fast food chain has menus and in-app ordering available. At least add menus to InNOutLocator for people to go over the menu at their leisure.
Ordering ahead is a great way to cut down your service times and lines of people waiting. Embrace technology! Step out of the dark ages!

Much terrible, I can get this easily through Google maps, what you should do, is get with the times In-N-Out, and make an app you can actually order through. I can see that people have been asking for an app to actually order through for at least 9 years now. But your stupidity refuses to listen. K bye

Not sure who thought it was worthwhile to develop an app that only finds a location. At least make the menu available. If y’all are too cheap to develop a basic app, then out links to the website. A high school student could develop a better app than this one.

With the pandemic going on, you need mobile order and pickup at the door. That would probably cut your drive thru lines in half. 30 min - 1 hr wait in drive thru is unacceptable.

I suppose In N Out doesn’t need an app if their drive thru’s are backed up. I was going to call a friend to pick something up on the way home but there’s no menu, no anything to look at. I noticed InNOutLocator was updated a year ago. I guess they just don’t care. Well, neither do I anymore.

I would leave 0 stars review if possible. On what planet would it make sense for a restaurant to have an app in which you could not buy there food. The hour I wasted trying to make this work, I will never get back. Worst idea for an app ever. Why would you do this to people?

It does exactly what it says, leads you too your closest location for an epic meal

Google maps already tells you where they’re located. What’s needed is an app where we have a menu to include the secret menu so that we can order and pay for our food with an ETA for pick up.
Make it happen.

It literally says it’s a locator app, I swear most of you didn’t graduate hs or something.

No need for InNOutLocator if all it provides is locations which I already know. I wanted to look at the menu, but nope. I have much better options and you just made the choice even easier.

What’s the point of having to download InNOutLocator when I can search for a location in Maps. Maps accurately gives you more info then InNOutLocator anyways. So InNOutLocator is useless.

Absolutely best food, service, hospitality and InNOutLocator is great. I recommend the Let’s Go Brandon. 😌

This us a cool app but you should add more features to InNOutLocator besides google maps and gps. You should have like lists of all locations, phone numbers and addresses, hours, menu and the not so secret menu, nutrition facts, the theme song, build your own burger and order so that you can see what the calories will be and how much it will cost and so you can save your favorite burger styles. What would also be cool is if you could add your gift cards to you phone and pay using it that way and reload the card like the Starbucks app. Also maybe have a fun game to play that has to do with Inn N Out to pass the time while your waiting for your order and if you work there you can access your schedule from InNOutLocator by like signing in or something and last but not least have a feedback page or tab so you can rate your visit and give suggestions, ideas, questions, or comments.

There are two things I want to do with a restaurant app. I want to quickly & easily order my meal and I want to notify the restaurant I’m there.

InNOutLocator of course doesn’t do any of that.

Just get a food delivery app instead of this

A company of this size and can’t provide even a manu, with all this mess with covi and you don’t make it easier for your customers? it really makes me not to buy from you guys ever

InNOutLocator is only good for finding the restaurant not for sharing Its menu like other fast food restaurant

This is probably the least useful app I’ve ever downloaded. It literally does nothing.

Great app, I use this when I am working at a different in n out location and I don't know where it is at. My manager just tells me where I need to go, I look in InNOutLocator and find step by step directions how to get there in seconds. Easy, straight forward app. Just like the title it is a in n out finder it is not an menu, nutritional facts, store hour, or contact number app. By the way if you are out and want in n out just open InNOutLocator and it will find the nearest in n out to you from your location and it will give you step by step directions how to get there.

ALLOW ORDERING????????? What a stupid idea. First come first serve. Remember this is fast food not a dine in take out restaurant.

This world and its impatience. This is the best food maybe available outside of some vegan spot in the valley. They have dominated quick serve food since 1948. I remember when you had to read a map to find where you wanted to go and there was no such thing as online ordering. These are luxuries not reasons to give a bad review to the last great burger spot ever no question about it. They take cars of their employees better then anyone else in the industry and their prices for LA County are still very reasonable. I love in n out burger and dream of the day they will be here in Maryland!!!! They're in Dallas now so maybe....fingers crossed keep up the good work!!!

From a loyal customer who is forced to pick up at Chick-fil-A and The Habit because of the long lines and endless wait...please add online ordering + pre-payment. I'm raising two boys and working...waiting for your food isn't an option. I can live with picking up burgers that were made 15 minutes before I fly thru to pick up. They will still be 10X better than McDonald's and it's on me if I miss the pick up time anyway. I know it will take 6-12 months to put this in place because there's much more to it than InNOutLocator , but it's 2017 and it's time. Please do this for those of us living the grind...please!

Great for finding an In-N-Out location, but DO NOT rely on it to get you there. It accurately determines your current location, but when giving directions it thinks you're miles from where you really are. For example, I was in Monterey and it gave me directions starting in Aptos (they're 36 miles apart you knuckleheads!). My 13-year old with a paper map (remember those?) can do better than that!

When you gotta have in and out...viola! I don't understand some of the complaints here: wishing it did more..,. Like what? They only have like 6 items on the menu lol!! Only works with your current location...... Yeah, isn't that the point? Is it supposed to tell you locations based on your future travel plans? Lower expectations folks lol!

Downloaded this current update and lost a majority of the locations from Redding south through the valleys. Default locations of East Bay area and no way to change it. Where did all the locations disappear to???? Please fix this problem soon!!!

New problem: When using the "list" most stores show "no drive thru" which is totally incorrect. I am sitting in one right now in Roseville that definitely has a drive thru. We need a new update soon to fix these problems.

InNOutLocator is fantastic and it does what other apps or map searches don't, that it shows the official location of an In-N-Out Burger store! It's more up to date than the old paper locator guides since it has the location for the new store aswell. I work for In-N-Out and it's exciting that we have our own app up now =]

Instead of fast food chains putting out apps that reward points, food, or discounts when you spend, why not simply offer quality at an affordable price--such as the In-N-Out corporation does? In today's fast moving society, "keeping it simple stupid" is refreshing and smart. In-N-Out rocks!

This last update was great!

Now if we could just have access to order food ahead of time and pick it up (like other fast food apps) and the ability to buy shirts, etc from the online shop!

InNOutLocator is awesome. Helps me find one close by whenever I'm visiting someone in Cali and they haven't gone in awhile. But. One thing. Fix the screen size. Most users have an iPhone 5 by now, and also, if nutritional info was available for ALL menu items (secret or not)

I updated and lost ALL locations near LA. Only lists FOUR locations near San Diego. So I did what was suggested in another review. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it. The others stores came back but when it switches to the Google map, it gets all buggy - in some sort of loop where it checks gps location and then drops pins. It does it over and over again, looks like once every second or two. Jeez, don't you guys test these updates before you subject your loyal customers to it??? Makes me wanna look for a Fatburger app...
