Hey! I have a big problem. I get notifications when a new person contacts me on kik "fetch chat" but when I go to kik there are no new chat requests. what is the problem? it has been so for several days and I use kik at work.

Hi, Kik in not showing new messages in the chat window. The KIK icon reflects 1 or 2 new messages but when opening the app there is nothing. Testing between android and IOS, the problem is isolated to IOS and im updated to the lasted version software. Please help

My Kik app keeps crashing and I did everything such as deleting and installing the app resetting my tablet and anything else Thayer was suggested. The app was fine till the live was added . Just more bugs so how does this get fixed . Well the Kik support team had to work on it cause I tried everything. 🤬
