every time i enter water, from 6oz to 16 oz, the bottle registers 203 oz. This has been happening for a few weeks

Hi there. When I enter quantities of liquid, the correct quantities don't get registered if it's not water. For example, this morning I entered 150ml of tea and only 135ml get registered in the bottle. In history, it states that I entered 150ML but in the bottle it only registers 135ML
