I love this app. I have a few minor quibbles, but I've used it religiously for months, and filling that daily bottle had definite it helped make me drink more water.
But when I first paid for premium a couple years ago, I know I created an account. When I try logging into the account on my iPad,I get an error message saying it does not recognize my email and password. However if I signed out and logged back in on my iPhone, it worked.
I've written emails to the developers a few times, and they have never responded. And now, my phone had to be sent away for repair, I am currently using a loaner iPhone, and I can't login on this iPhone either. While my regular phone is away, I can't log/save my data on either my iPad not temporary iPhone, and I also still can't get a response from the people responsible for the app. I may have to abandon it and simply cut my losses, which is very frustrating for an app than I have paid even a penny for.

Well, I fell for the bait of paying to upgrade this app because it said that would allow integration with MyFitnessPal, but it doesn’t work. If I wanted to enter the data there manually, I could have done this without this app. I reported the problem... crickets! I replied to the email from the author and still deafening silence. I got on my laptop to go to their website and was told the support portal has been shut down. This is an amateur writing apps for his own enjoyment and profit without the slightest interest in service to customers. No, it’s not expensive so I’ll just chalk this one up to experience. The features that do work may be worth it if you don’t need something with all the bells and whistles of a professionally produced app. But seriously, do you not already know how to set up reminders on your phone to drink water?

The reminders don’t help much... they only pop after you’ve stopped updating the app to signal you’re on track, and by then you’re far behind. The push notifications are worded the exact same way every time, and they’re kind of annoying, so after a couple days you can just ignore them easily.
I was hoping by connecting with the fitbit I would get notifications to my device, that’s not the case. There’s no point to connecting the fitbit except that the fitbit app gets to record your water intake information. I contacted customer service early on a month ago with a question about fitbit tracking, with no reply. Wasted my money and trying a different app.
