I had paid the in app purchase price for Calculator a couple (or more) of years ago. This has been my only this app app for iPad. I was happy to use it regularly.
Today suddenly Calculator was behaving funny, it would not stay open (even after the restart cycles on my iPad). So I did what I am asked to do. I deleted Calculator and went back to re-download it. It showed the usual "download from cloud" symbol, and did not ask for any other authentication. It downloaded fine and when opened asked me to rate Calculator ! (Imagine if I was a new user and opening Calculator for the first time....asking me to rate it before I have used it even once!). I clicked later and went to punch in my equation. Lo and behold the screen appeared asking me to pay $4.99. This has happened for many other paid apps too, no big deal. Always it says you have already purchased Calculator so there will be no charge (or some thing to that effect). I went ahead and allowed the transaction to go through. Sad thing is, it charged me - AGAIN. This is ROBBERY, by any standards.

I use this this app all the time because it has all the functions for basic calculations. It's no TI-84, but I can do sine, cosine, and tangent along with logarithmic functions. If you’re looking for something that’s at least a little bit better than the Apple this app, this is the one. I also like the fact that when you start typing there are arrow buttons that allows you to go through the problem and edit it if something was typed in wrong. In the Apple this app, you have to simply start over what you were typing if you realized at the end of the problem that you copied it down wrong or something. The only real problem with it is that even though it is free, it asks you to upgrade 50% of the time, but I guess for me it’s not a big deal.

This is by far the most intuitive this app as it saves me plenty of headaches as this is the only this app in IOS that can actually show all your work and what your inputting while you are plugging in the math problem. I use this for accounting purposes in double checking and checking my work. As I can see every number and be able to correct any mistakes derived from human error. The other this app apps make it as a headache as you’d have to do the entire math problem again and still do the same mistake as you are not the seeing the math problem in its entirety. I just wish this happens on my iPhone as well as my other devices.

It doesn’t what you need it to without what you don’t need. As a physics student I can throw calculations into it when I’m away from my laptop and still get quick results. Anything I don’t know what the general graph looks like already I would graph on my laptop anyway with a well-known, robust software. The only thing I would improve would be the button that’s thought to create a double-sided parentheses. I wish that could be used after the fact to automatically enclose text instead of putting them sidebyside. Or maybe that’s a suggestion for a new button altogether. Great app!

Ever since upgrading to iOS 12, Calculator doesn’t work. Each time I open Calculator , it immediately closes. No messages..just disappears and the main desktop reappears on my iPad. Task Switcher shows Calculator is still open, but any attempt to select it results in it appearing for a second and then going away. Fix?

UPDATE- On a lark, because I have too much time on my hands, I deleted and reinstalled Calculator on my iOS12 Mac mini. It now works. If anyone experiences what I described above after upgrading iOS, try a delete/reinstall. It might just work!

Honestly I can't find a better this app app better than this one. The creators of Calculator have done a really good job on making this this app app as best as they possibly can. It literally feels like a real this app and not a this app app. If your worried about that don't be because that's a good thing if it feels like a real this app. The best thing about it is that it's ad free and it has a lot of features and functions that I really like. Keep up the good work and please continue to improve Calculator more than what it is.

Super helpful app. I sometimes had trouble with checking my answers in calculus or geometry class and this this app makes it a lot easier. It’s also quicker than doing it manually. I’ve tried tons of other apps similar to this but they always tried to make you pay money or there was tons of ads. That’s why I like Calculator because they aren’t blowing up your phone with ads or forcing you to pay a bunch of money. Great job on Calculator and kudos to the developers. 👏👌✌️😎😎

Great application. At first I was hesitant about actually paying for upgrade. I was actually testing out 2 or 3 different calculators, when I finally invested in this one. Now it's the only one I use. I'm in college for civil&mechanical engineering. This little guy has helped me out so much in my math courses it's practically paid for itself already. I recommend Calculator to anyone who uses any math function on a daily basis, the hand drawing feature was brilliant. For $7.62 you can't find a better this app that does this! BETTER YET JUST BUY IT AND SEE!!

Best this app app. I used it for free for years and needed additional this app features. I was prepared to ave to download or purchase another this app app only to discover it was all available within this app + for a fee- at the time it was a bit expensive but with this amazing discount price it was an immediate purchase- glad I could get everything I need with such an excellent program for an affordable price and contribute towards supporting the company that designed maintains and provides it to consumers. Use it. Buy it. It's indispensable.

Love this this app. Yes, it was frustrating when it crashed, but uninstalling and reinstalling seems to have fixed it. This is a great free this app with all the basic functions you might need for free, and more available for short money. Easy, intuitive user interface and no annoying popup ads. Thanks.
Update: I wrote this review a few years ago, but have no reason to change it. I love Calculator, use it frequently and highly recommend it. Thanks to the developers!

Their website is parked so no support is possible via Calculator Store. Calculator keeps asking me to purchase an upgrade that I’ve already purchased. Calculator Store catches this and prevents me from spending anything more on upgrades. To resolve this problem, I uninstalled and then reinstalled Calculator .

It seems expensive to buy all the features but it’s actually much cheaper than buying a graphing this app with the software or built-in functions Calculator advertises. Installation quirks aside, it seems to be a great app.

Ok, I've used two others calculators & dropped them. Then came Calculator. Absolutely 5 star, & I'm gonna upgrade shortly
To another version, actually guess it would be a downgrade as I would like to have one keyboard to work with. Like the flip phone basic version of this this app. I so rarely use the advanced version and all the keys and junk on the same page does confuse me. Since I've gotten an iPhone, I have never once took the time to write a review for any app (out of laziness). But this was the first time I felt it was warranted. The application is extremely smooth and I'm amazed that it's able to do the same exact things my expensive scientific this app can do. It runs really quickly, the themes make it look a lot more vibrant, and the application contains many different features that will far exceed your needs. Highly recommended.

I really think this is the best this app — it is very important to have, it is fast and reliable when I need it. I’ve deleted all others! What would be a nice addition is to have a “how to” pop up for younger kids (so they learn “how” it is done while using Calculator ). For example, if a grade school child needs to multiply fractions, they know how to plug it into Calculator correctly, and at same time they are also learning (via repetition) what to do “if” they can’t use a this app on a test!

Alright so you pick a character, and you pick up a pair of binoculars, which is where you start your first quest. You have to find the treasure (where x marks the spot). But be careful because you’ll soon be swarmed by snake enemies. This is where the battle mechanics come in. You have the choice of 2 classes, Beserker who wields and axe or a bowman who has ranged attacks. Depending on the accuracy of your attacks you get a different score. My only complaint is that there’s no female characters, but there’s also no male characters so it’s ok I guess.

Excellent designed UI with all the desired major functions offered by standard advanced calculators to ensure maximum useful less, with the only downside being that of the incapability by which to save answers in the short term for usage in future calculations with numbered that may not be able to be reproduced easily due to either length or complexity for ensuring optimal accuracy to operations performed on the basis of the estimation that has to be somehow performed.

I’ve had this app+ for a few years and I’ve never had a complaint. It does everything I need it to and then for a few dollars you can add other functions like graphing which is incredibly helpful. If you’re interested in ease of use, there’s a widget available where you can have a mini this app that you can do quick calculations with which is really neat. I don’t need any other this app app when I have this one.

This this app app provides an improved experience over what the iPhone default app offers. It's comprehensive and user friendly. Plenty of scientific functions yet does not seem intimidating due to a crowded cluster of buttons. Highly recommend for the mild to moderate user. Only complaint is that when I need to square root an answer, I have to hit the SR button then re-enter the answer from a previous formulation. It would be nice if the square root function worked without re-entering data.

Basically what I said in the title. Calculator has a bunch of smart little interface touches that make it so much more usable than a bunch of other this app apps that I had tried. The hold-and-swipe-to-move-cursor is a favorite of mine. I don’t have premium, but it seems like it has fairly worthwhile features. I’ve almost sprung for it a few times but I always just end up not doing it for whatever reason. Anyway it’s a good app.

I downloaded Calculator several years ago, and have been super happy with it, just a big, bold this app that's easy to use and works perfectly. What else do you want from a this app?

And now it works with OS9! Just slide the edge toward the center and choose this app and you can use it while in your checkbook! That is just great! The biggest difference between Windows and Apple is now over.

My friend insists that Calculator which I installed on MY phone is for nudes because 'why don't you just use Apple's this app app?' Clearly she has not used Calculator's this app interface.

My point is, there used to be a 'this app' app for nudes on my phone but since I did not receive any nudes as expected, I deleted Calculator. What I did receive however, was an excellent user experience throughout the year and more I have used this app+, and while Calculator does not in any way lead to nudes sent to my phone, it does a very good job at intuitively calculating my expenses with it's simple and friendly interface. I have no way to calculate the probability of receiving nudes in the near future but what I do know for certain (besides the stubborn persistent of my friend) is that I will continue to use Calculator well into the future.

I use to do a long calculation in my physics lab, so far this this app do the work, and is easy to use. Plus you have the advantage to track what you wrote, and edit if there was a mistake, which help me to save a lot time, especially when I’m tired and start to miss or forget something in the calculation. Also if the answer wasn’t what I was expecting, 🧐 tracking my formulas is a good way to find where is my mistake. Overall I love it, and is my main this app 👍😁... give a try and you will see the difference compared to others this app out there.

I had purchased Calculator, a little over 2 yrs ago. I noticed the other day, Ads appearing. I had paid for No Ads. I contacted The Developer, who had discovered a Glitch in Calculator . They Fixed the problem, and Calculator is Working perfectly,with No Ads.
