I switched my primary mobile device to iOS. After using 8x8 Work for years on Windows and Android devices, the iOS version is unusable as it will not even connect to phone services. And yet, it will ring if I get a call.
I use the ios app on a iPhone 14 and often the phone will ring and when I answer the call it still shows active but the call does not connect. I am missing too many calls. The app is a great asset but with this malfunction it is unusable. What is the work around to correct this behaviior?
I have been working for almost 2 years and I still can use the app on my phone to not freeze. Of course I have un-installed it several times and my IT department cannot figure it out. HELP
8x8 Work just hangs when tryinhg to open
I have been working here for close than a year and my app on my IOS device continues to freeze. My IT department cant figure it out.
