- Notifications may not appear or disappear quickly, affecting response time and legitimacy of gigs.

I am on iOS 14 and my Fiverr App is set to Seller mode. When I open some chats (not all of them), my App crashes after being around 1 Second in the chat. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the app again. What can I do?

How to fix Fiverr app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Fiverr app on iPhone
Update Fiverr app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Fiverr iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Fiverr on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Fiverr network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Fiverr Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Fiverr not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Fiverr App
1. On android, goto Settings » Fiverr » click [Force Stop]

Update Fiverr to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Fiverr App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Fiverr » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Fiverr.

Fix Fiverr unable to contact server/ Fiverr internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Fiverr » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Fiverr » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
