Hidden balance makes app unusable

Not long ago, they added a hidden balance feature that makes every process with the app take 2 to 3 more clicks. They need to make it optional in the settings and I’m actually thinking about switching banks to another that has a function that’s more convenient. The main thing I want to see when I open my app is what my balance is and the fact that I have to go between my accounts and click see Balance again, and again is really really stupid.

I haven’t been able to access the website or the app for over 3 days now. I wrote the customer service email and received a notice that they deactivated the account. They instruct me to contact them on the app, which doesn’t work. I am lost without an idea what to do.
