Zero stars for customer support

Subscribed a month ago, have asked 3 times to activate the subscription so I can access the paywalled articles. No response. Guess I’ll have to cancel. Pity.

Die schlechtes News App die es gibt

FAZ, SZ, Der Tagesspiegel, etc funktionieren alle besser als diese App. Bloß nicht z.B. ein Video im Vollbildmodus anklicken da kommt man nie wieder raus. Tagelang zeigt die App nur einen schwarzen Schirm. Einzige Lösung ist das iPhone neuzustarten!

Sehr enttäuscht

Leider kann man die App nicht mehr kostenfrei nutzen, da fast nur noch Artikel mit Abo gelesen werden können.

Schade

Dies ist die einzige App bei der man die Schriftgrösse nicht variieren kann. Nicht jeder hat gute Augen!
