I have been using the app since it was pay app. (Yes, I paid for it way back then) Not sure how long ago that was but I have had it on every phone since. The sightings pages are not working. They have been misfunctioning for a LONG, LONG time but today there is a new wrinkle. When viewing the sightings pages, lists, and tapping an individual species sighting the screen goes to a blank white page. It used to go to the guide page for that bird. That was tremendously helpful. Going to a blank white page is useless and quite honestly, infuriating. And NO, I am not going to go back the search feature, type in the bird name to get the guide page for that bird. Forcing users to that is just plain moronic! Today there is a new wrinkle. When on the sightings list and tapping on an individual species the app shuts off. Completely closes. I have tried it several time. Restarted my phone, close the app, everything short of slamming the phone into the wall. Let me state that I have forced the app to close and reopened it at least 20 times with no affect to the issue. I have deleted and reinstalled the app twice in the last few months and once a LONG, LONG time ago and still no fix. My current phone is a Galaxy Note20 My carrier is ATT My operating system is Android version 13
App not saving a sighting. Stays in Complete your sighting state despite see the saved screen
Hi, I am no longer able to save bird sightings. For example when the message comes up “great job! You successfully logged your sighting of a Blue Jay” when I press “add another sighting “ or “save sighting” nothing happens. When I press Share it just brings me to the Audubon page on the App Store. I’m using an iPhone and I tried force quitting and also deleted the app and redownloaded a couple times.
I am not able to save my bird sightings to a location I already have. It keeps getting stuck on “add a new location “
