Crashes on iPhone
Been using this app for years at a local favorite restaurant. As others have remarked, recently the app started crashing when I open. No longer usable. If I delete the app and reinstall, will I have to enter my rewards card again? That will be a problem since I don’t know my rewards number anymore. Will I need to search my house to see if I still have the hard plastic card? Defeats the purpose doesn’t it? Ridiculous!! Please fix the app.

App is buggy
I like this app when it’s working, but more often than not it fails to work. For a long time I couldn’t even open it. I then read a review that someone deleted it and reinstalled it and was able to open it. I did that and could open it, however often times when I’m trying to enter information it refuses to access my keyboard and I cannot enter any information.

Really sad that I lost decades of loyalty to Gringos. It doesnt work on my iPhone or my iMac. And I couldn't access my latest reward. My old card shows the wear, but really. At least the old-fashioned way meant I always got my favorite free guacamole when it was offered to me!
