Been using RoyaltyRewards for years at a local favorite restaurant. As others have remarked, recently RoyaltyRewards started crashing when I open. No longer usable. If I delete RoyaltyRewards and reinstall, will I have to enter my rewards card again? That will be a problem since I don’t know my rewards number anymore. Will I need to search my house to see if I still have the hard plastic card? Defeats the purpose doesn’t it? Ridiculous!! Please fix RoyaltyRewards .

I would love to use this to register the rewards card from my favorite Indian restaurant. But... The card won't scan - it just shows a screen to take a picture but you can't take a picture or scan anything...

I like RoyaltyRewards when it’s working, but more often than not it fails to work. For a long time I couldn’t even open it. I then read a review that someone deleted it and reinstalled it and was able to open it. I did that and could open it, however often times when I’m trying to enter information it refuses to access my keyboard and I cannot enter any information.

A recent update changed the font on the menu drop down to white with a light beige background. It is almost impossible to impossible to see the menu options. Really poor UI designer. Fix please, because otherwise the application is pretty good.

Really sad that I lost decades of loyalty to Gringos. It doesnt work on my iPhone or my iMac. And I couldn't access my latest reward. My old card shows the wear, but really. At least the old-fashioned way meant I always got my favorite free guacamole when it was offered to me!

Great if you want to see what you’re spending and your point total. Allows you to keep your card in your wallet if you’re ok with the server taking your phone to scan your membership number. They can’t seem to get the rewards to show on my app no matter what we try so I get only half the features they boast about. No promo stuff comes through RoyaltyRewards I have to find out when I’m in the establishment or from their emails! So could be better if someone would fix the basic content

It works pretty well. I just wish that I could add my cards to the Wallet app. It would be nice for it to just show up whenever I visit a business that used RoyaltyRewards .

Love the idea for RoyaltyRewards! However, I am rating this 3 stars because when I click on “My Rewards” or “Account Info” RoyaltyRewards crashes. If this were fixed I’d give it 5 stars!

Works fine but on my phone it doesn't run on unsecured wifi.

My husband found this amazing restaurant and cant stop going back! He has taken me, family, friends and anyone that gives him an excuse to go try something new on the menu, never to be disappointed..Just like him, they all want to go back the next day. It’s that good!!
The staff is so wonderful, the decor is so fun.
After you try it once, we will be seeing you again and again also.

I hadn’t been able to get into RoyaltyRewards for a couple of weeks since the last update. However, I just deleted and reinstalled RoyaltyRewards and now it works fine.

I can’t get my app to open. It just cycles then kicks me out. I never received a card so I can’t access my account online. I was pleased with this program until this issue that has happened for a week now.

I receive emails and reminders whenever I’ve accumulated my points. I’m mindful of my rewards, however I use my app and understand how to use it. If you have any questions just ask a staff member. Just screenshot your notifications and share them with your favorite employee at The Colonial. Remember the reward card is to collect points.

RoyaltyRewards crashes and closes out every time I try to do anything. When I open RoyaltyRewards it will show my card number and name but when I try to go to anything in the tool bar it crashes and closes.

I am so tired of apps so basic as this that I gave up at sign in. Why can’t I see my text when creating a password? Or if I can’t, why can’t I copy and paste?
If i make a mistake, I just get a notification that the passwords don’t match. I refuse to keep trying to correct what I can’t see.

Traditional and non traditional menu, which I LOVE. Had a grilled Portobello mushroom stuffed with spinach and cheese and topped with 2 fried eggs for breakfast. My invention from the ‘add ons’ menu... DELICOUS!
4 stars because they are a bit slow, but kept the coffee coming 👍🏽
