Used to use MouseWait all the time to help with actual wait times.

Was able to see at a glance when passes were blocked and make plans accordingly.

Once iPhone X came out noticed app had never been updated to use screen properly. Didn’t care everything worked.

2+ years later more and more things break with no updates.

Contacted customer support from website. No reply.

Tried to use feedback through app. Crash. 👎

Blackout dates have not been updated. 👎

Times don’t reflect true times anymore. Either people are just putting in times to get points or just dumb. No moderation to ensure it’s “correct” 👎

Same with Fastpass availability see above 👎

Only thing “working” is crowd index but at this point I wonder if it is even using relative data to give these percentages. Who knows if it’s data from 2-3 years ago. Or 1 year ago. Or 10 years ago so I give it 🤞 crossing fingers in hopes.

Website looks like it was made in the 90s with crappy “ads” and no idea where the content is.

That’s a whole different issue.

MouseWait used to be important before Disneyland created their own app but hasn't had any real changes since. However, now that they have an app that doesn't require the input of it's users, this one kinda falls apart. It needs a lot of people to be using it to be accurate and that just isn't the case anymore. Times are rarely updated are usually a wildly inaccurate estimation. For example, it states that The Disneyland crowd index is 35% and DCA is 91%. People aren't using MouseWait in Disneyland so there's no way to know that it's actually quite busy in there. The other features of MouseWait are confusing, at best and the "message boards" are like some kind of time machine to the days of Usenet, but somehow even harder to follow. Avoid MouseWait to avoid disappointment and download the official Disneyland app instead.

Sorry, but MouseWait went from pretty bad to really bad. MouseWait is still a cluttered mess but now it's even tougher to navigate. It's now just a waste of time for me. Simply trying to back out of a page is so unclear that I still haven't been able to figure it out --I have to kill the process in the background and open MouseWait again to return to the home page. I'm not a genius but I'm not dumb...navigating should be a breeze. Note to developers: try your updates or beta your revamps with people you don't know before you launch. Whoever tested it for you was either not honest with you or just too close to it. Mousewaiters, you are not helping by holding back your honest feedback. It won't improve if you just post only ultra-favorable reviews to make the admin happy. Constructive criticism would be doing them a great service.

I would like to sprinkle 5 stars on this gem of an app, as it's better than most apps available. The care taken to make MouseWait for their fellow Mouseketeer is above and beyond most. The Disneyland lover can nerd out 365 days without even stepping foot in the park. Real-time wait estimates, Mattercam, food pictures, trip tips and...music! Seriously, it is a great app but the music section was very good. However, they've shortened up many of the loops which was one of my favorite things about MouseWait . With that said, I can still listen to Disneyland park music online elsewhere so I can't be too upset. So for now...4 stars. Thanks for the great app!

Okay, I've been a Mouse-Waiter almost since the beginning. It's a great tool to get basics like wait times and look at park menus, but it is also a great way to meet other super Disney fans, give and receive fun gifts (RAK's), and get the inside scoop about what's new or what is going on in the park. I gave it 4 stars because MouseWait has been slow and it eat's up your cell phone battery big time. Also don't like all of the ads.

Download this now if you have a Disneyland trip planned in the future. I use it all the time and I am a So Cal resident so I go a lot! I find that it is updated more frequently and is more reliable than the Disneyland app. It is kind of like the difference between Waze and Apple Maps...one is user-driven and one is "official"... And we all know how that turns out. So helpful with current wait times, event times, and food lines, too. I haven't found the in-app ads totally annoying yet, but there is a paid option that eliminates the ads that would be worth it if you are annoyed. A Disneyland trip essential!

I love Mouse Wait! So many of us wish we could be in Disneyland (or CA Adventure/Disney World/etc) everyday. With MW you can... Virtually!!! See what other MWers post: photos/comments of just about everything Disney you can think of. I can check my app anywhere, anytime and feel like I'm actually there. The community has also become a network of friends who have meet ups, share tips, and RAKs (random acts of kindness). In addition, MW is your most accurate source of realtime Line Wait Times, Weather, Crowd Levels, Show Times, Restaurant Menus & Wait Times, and more! MW has it all in one App.

If you’re new or seasoned to Disneyland, you need to get MouseWait. The lounge is great for latest park information. Magic key members are always posting new attraction information, seasonal and food photos. You can also share yours too. this app is also a shared social media for those who love Disney. Make new friends yes I have and experienced Walt’s vision!

Having visited Disneyland since I was young I also raised my kids taking them to Disneyland and DisneyWorld. this app information has been valuable for education about and sharing real time opportunities for dining, shows and events and attractions.

We would feel lost now without our this app app. Sometimes we look at it and just imagine being there and see how long waits are for our favorite rides:)
It's an awesome app and we love it, makes it fun to plan our trip before we go looking at the list and recently I discovered how you can make your own favorites list which is awesome Bc then you don't search through each area for what you want and it can also serve as a kinda checklist of what you want to do:) thank you this app team we love your app!

My newest obsession! I stumbled upon MouseWait a few months back, and I'm so glad that I did! My husband suggested that I download it before an upcoming trip for the wait times, but it turned out to be so much more! Also included in MouseWait is, crowd index, food & prices from all the different restaurants, the this app lounge which lets you post your Disney pics and view others pics, Disney music, and and quite a few other awesome features. I have learned such great things about Disneyland, and also gained knowledge of tips and tricks, for an even better Disneyland experience. I absolutely love MouseWait! I also suggest downloading Virtual Plaid, as a companion app 😊

This is my go to park app for sure! I never leave home to the park without first checking MouseWait and planning around the details given here. I love how descriptive it is, how it details the block out days of all pass holders on the opening page so I can easily see if friends or family members can join me that day. This is the "go to" app in the park as well and will give ALL the info a pass holder new or old will be looking for! Found this by word of mouth from another pass holder and absolutely love it! I have already spread the word on how great it is to others and how no one should plan a day at the park and leave home with it! It's a must in order to make your experience better! Thank you!!

I've had this app for 5 years. Not only has its vast information bank helped me plan my Disney trips, but the MW lounge participants have given me great advice too. I love the live park pics while I'm not visiting, and the conversation among members. This is my go-to app for planning trips and passing time in between trips! And while I'm at the parks the super accurate wait-times, food reviews, up-next (and soo much more!) helps me make the most of my time and energy! Every update makes it even better and more efficient.

Such an amazing app. I use it literally every time I go to Disneyland. You should too. Sometimes MouseWait will crash and will keep doing it until you have to delete it and reinstall it. No big deal. But honestly MouseWait comes in handy a lot at Disneyland. Wait hours and even if you're at home pondering weather or not to go to Disneyland it'll tell you how many people are in the park percentage wise. Again I give MouseWait 5 stars and a A+++++++++++ keep up the good work this app

MouseWait is necessary for any Disney fan! The community is amazing and you will enjoy the generosity of so many wonderful people! Not only is it an amazing group of Disney geeks (like me!) but the functionality of MouseWait with wait times, restaurant menus and reviews, current event information and other important facts, tips and tricks are helpful for even the most seasoned of Disney enthusiasts or the newest member of the Disney family. MouseWait is practically perfect in every way!

This is a great app for all Disney fans. I’ve used it for quite a few years. this app tells you the crowd index and wait times for both parks. I really enjoy the lounge which has news about food and the rides. The people who use MouseWait are very welcoming and helpful with park questions or planning. You can also upgrade to the premium version and you have your very own plaid named Kate (I believe).

I use MouseWait at least 2xs a day! At the parks it's very useful for ride wait times and other facts but I'm in the MW Lounge daily, everyone is so friendly and I get so much out of it, like facts about DL I never knew, updates about rides and attractions, live and not so live pics of inside the park (which helps stave off my longings to be there) and best of all a helpful friendly attitude by everyone involved. I truly family friendly App!

I love looking at MouseWait everyday so that I can get my Disney fix! I learn so much information, that it makes planning for my trips that much easier because I can learn from the experiences of other people (plus, looking at MouseWait and what others are doing at the parks, makes waiting for my next trip easier to bare because others are experiencing the same withdrawals as other MW's!

Lounge, show times, what's next, nearest restroom, what's NeXT, maps, menus, make friends in the Lounge🛋, as you get points unlock the many different stations of this app Radio📻,etc... this app shows the up to date attraction and restaurant wait times in Disneyland, as posted by other app users who are in the parks. That would be reason enough to use MouseWait during a park visit. But then there are the restaurant menus and reviews and park maps, which make a park visit easier.

The main reason I keep using this app is because of the lounge, which is the fan forum of MW app users. I have learned so much about the parks, food, entertainment and merchandise that I would never have learned somewhere else. It has made it more fun to have an Annual Pass, and more cost effective. I can choose to get my favorite meals or try new things that I read about. I can find out about new merch and entertainment, or what is being discontinued.

this app has info that is more current and thorough than any guide book I have ever read. I highly recommend it!
