This app used to be important before Disneyland created their own app but hasn't had any real changes since. However, now that they have an app that doesn't require the input of it's users, this one kinda falls apart. It needs a lot of people to be using it to be accurate and that just isn't the case anymore. Times are rarely updated are usually a wildly inaccurate estimation. For example, it states that The Disneyland crowd index is 35% and DCA is 91%. People aren't using the app in Disneyland so there's no way to know that it's actually quite busy in there. The other features of this app are confusing, at best and the "message boards" are like some kind of time machine to the days of Usenet, but somehow even harder to follow. Avoid this app to avoid disappointment and download the official Disneyland app instead.

Used to use this app all the time to help with actual wait times.
Was able to see at a glance when passes were blocked and make plans accordingly.
Once iPhone X came out noticed app had never been updated to use screen properly. Didn’t care everything worked.
2+ years later more and more things break with no updates.
Contacted customer support from website. No reply.
Tried to use feedback through app. Crash. 👎
Blackout dates have not been updated. 👎

Times don’t reflect true times anymore. Either people are just putting in times to get points or just dumb. No moderation to ensure it’s “correct” 👎
Same with Fastpass availability see above 👎
Only thing “working” is crowd index but at this point I wonder if it is even using relative data to give these percentages. Who knows if it’s data from 2-3 years ago. Or 1 year ago. Or 10 years ago so I give it 🤞 crossing fingers in hopes.
Please fix or update this app
Website looks like it was made in the 90s with crappy “ads” and no idea where the content is.
That’s a whole different issue.

Sorry, but this app went from pretty bad to really bad. The app is still a cluttered mess but now it's even tougher to navigate. It's now just a waste of time for me. Simply trying to back out of a page is so unclear that I still haven't been able to figure it out --I have to kill the process in the background and open the app again to return to the home page. I'm not a genius but I'm not dumb...navigating should be a breeze. Note to developers: try your updates or beta your revamps with people you don't know before you launch. Whoever tested it for you was either not honest with you or just too close to it. Mousewaiters, you are not helping by holding back your honest feedback. It won't improve if you just post only ultra-favorable reviews to make the admin happy. Constructive criticism would be doing them a great service.
