Disneyland® Paris Reviews

First off, the internet access in the park is spotty. So the map isn’t always great because it will not load.
Some good additions to Disneyland could be making reservations for restaurants and for appointments to see the characters. Currently you can only call for Disney restaurants and acquire another app for character meet and greets.
It would be great if you combine everything in 1 single app.
Another recommendation would be location finding. A “you are here” kind of map would allow the user to better figure out where to go.

Please make sure you add drinking fountains to your map- as most people probably don’t want to spend a small fortune on water bottles.

I will say Disneyland was useful for wait times and notices of rides closed.

For those traveling from the US that have not yet become adjusted to the time difference and slept through dinner, only to wake up at 1:30 am....there is absolutely NOTHING to eat anywhere in this big metropolis of a park! I called the front desk twice because I couldn’t believe it the first time he says it, ‘nope nothing until 7:00 Madam’. Well, my children will starve til then I guess.

Can you make Disneyland available with Russian interface because it’s not available even though Disneyland says it can run in Russian.

I was disappointed to find out that a 10 waiting time to ride the "flying carpets" end up being a wait of over 30 minutes. Several delays on the line access plus, people keep coming in to ride the ride from the side. If that's the norm, why not inform people the real waiting time. If I knew the waiting time was that long, I would've never gotten on the line

I’m planning a trip to this app Paris from the USA this June, downloaded Disneyland to get familiar with it before being there. But the map has not been able to load for a couple of weeks at all.

Other then no map loading it has good information about the wait times, show times, and restaurants.

The time is never correct on Disneyland . A 35 min wait on Disneyland turns out to be a 60 min (if not more) once in line for a ride. Even the staff at the entrance of each ride doesn’t seem to know exactly how long the wait is going to be. Pretty bad. Especially comparing it to Disneyland for Disney World in Florida which was impeccable and the lines way better managed.

Helpful app it help me a lot to know more about Disney I came before to Disney but there are many entertain show and places I didn't know about but Disneyland organise my visit to Disney with my family thank you.

Disneyland is easy to use and is the best option for this app Paris guests right now. It's headed in the right direction but you still can't make online reservations to it, link passes, or photos to it yet like the Disney World app.

Compared to this app California and Disney World apps, this is almost useless. It is essentially a map with wait times. Needs an upgrade with restaurant menus and the ability to make reservations, login to your Disney account, Fastpass and Photo integration, and ticket reservation information just to name a few.

For some reason the map no longer loads. You can see icons for attractions, etc., but only a few squares of the map load. Have the same problem on two different devices. Tried closing Disneyland and then deleting and reloading. No dice. Have to call to make dining reservations. Cant see any of my hotel booking info.

I wish there was a filter for only characters. It would have their hours and where to find them

We have been waiting for almost an hour to ride the train. The attendants took a group of passengers waiting in line which were not many. They left the station with less than half of full of passengers. They could have filled the train the other riders waiting in line. Many people are leaving frustrated because the train has not shown up.

Why wouldn’t you be able to add tickets to Disneyland. It would be such a small thing, but a big win. It would really make the experience better if I didn’t have to print tickets, when they are going to scan them anyway. This sets the tone for oversights.

Disneyland is useful for getting the current wait times and hours of operation. However, that is all it is really capable of at this time. It pretends you can buy tickets or reserve dining times but it redirects you to their webpage.

Map does not load well, hard to navigate, waiting times don’t match the actual waiting times posted at the ride and it does not show rides temporarily closed throughout the day which would be extremely helpful. Save you phone battery and grab the paper copy when you enter.

It’s somewhat helpful but so many operations link to the web when they should work within Disneyland , like buying tickets! It would also be nice to link up tickets and use them on Disneyland for fast pass....

Disneyland is great as a map of the park... don’t plan your day around wait times!! Rides would say closed on Disneyland and have over an hour wait. Walked by several rides that said 5-15 minute wait that were well over an hour. Don’t plan your day around the listed wait times.

Disneyland doesn't adjust the view as one rotates one's device (i.e., when I turn my iPad or iPhone, Disneyland goes horizontal on me).

Hard to believe this is a Disney app as it’s so useless. The one thing it could do for people (ie provide a map), it doesn’t do well at all. Map won’t load for a few weeks now!
Making meal reservations & online ordering would be helpful. Not sure why Florida can do it, but a tiny tourist destination like Paris can’t!

Disneyland is heating up the iphone 11. And sometimes crashes during use
I turn off Disneyland and iphone cooling down. Turn on again app and heating up again!!!

Gave one-star review about crashing, next morning fixed. Can’t ask for better (though I doubt it had anything to do with me because I doubt very much anyone could find my review in new App Store.)

Only issue I have is that the screens appear to be sized for large phones, cropping them kind of sloppily on iPhone SE, but that’s life as ninth-class citizen, I guess.

Also, character meet & greet would be useful information.

Okay, found the M&G information under Entertainment. Not where I was expecting. Would be nice if it was it’s own heading.
