I have a problem with iDatabase

No current problems

- Backup and export require a Dropbox account, which was not mentioned in the app description

- Only a 4 number password pin for sensitive information may not be secure enough

- Lack of true privacy for sensitive data

- App crashes frequently when adding items with photo attachments

The idatabase app on my phone will no longer produce a result when I search. This is a new problem as of 11/30/2023 for me.

To resolve iDatabase network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the iDatabase App
1. On android, goto Settings » iDatabase » click [Force Stop]

Clear iDatabase App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » iDatabase » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart iDatabase.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click iDatabase » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto iDatabase » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch iDatabase
