How to fix Dropbox app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Dropbox app on iPhone
Update Dropbox app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Dropbox iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Dropbox on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Dropbox network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Dropbox Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Dropbox not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Dropbox App
1. On android, goto Settings » Dropbox » click [Force Stop]

Update Dropbox to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Dropbox App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Dropbox » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Dropbox.

Fix Dropbox unable to contact server/ Dropbox internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Dropbox » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Dropbox » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Dropbox
