Please upgrade your app- about half of the articles I try to open just automatically close tab on me even after going back into POPSUGAR and trying repeatedly to view. This honestly shouldn’t be as much of a problem as it is.

if you check POPSUGAR frequently, you’ll notice very quickly articles are reposted very VERY often. if they don’t have enough content for one section, articles are posted again from months prior, but the dates are changed. can’t figure out, for the life of me, why they do this, but it’s frustrating. if the article isn’t obviously reposted, they will keep the article up for quite some time. also, the can be quite immature. should you stay with your ex? should you call your ex? come on.

There is legitimately no content of substance in POPSUGAR. Every “article” is just an advertisement - Things to buy from Amazon/Walmart/Target/etc. Random crap for traveling that you should buy. There’s hardly any new content and when there is it’s just a covert ad for some big company. I got POPSUGAR when Bustle stopped doing their app and it was not great.

I’ve never reviewed an app before, but am posting now just because I really like POPSUGAR and have had it for years, but for the past month it seems like it suddenly randomly closes every five minutes. So I navigate through and find an article I want to read, and then app closes! And then I have to go through navigation, find article again, and app then closes again! Wait a day, and the previous target article opens fine, and it’s the next one you click that will make it close. It’s really frustrating. I love their Christmas gift guides, but going through and finding something good on list, only to navigate away to the store and have POPSUGAR close on you when you try to navigate back, or repeatedly close when you are trying to access a an article, just isn’t worth the time and hassle. FYI that I have even tried deleting app and reinstalling, and have confirmed all updates, but still no improvement. Sigh.

I’ve been happy with POPSUGAR for years. However for the past few months POPSUGAR crashes when you click on an article. There hasn’t been an update released in a VERY long time. I couldn’t even see when the last update occurred. Had to delete for good because it’s unusable.

I can’t read a single article anymore without POPSUGAR immediately crashing. Based on the reviews, this has been an ongoing issue... Loved this app, but POPSUGAR is a disaster right now. Update it or retire it!

I’ve noticed the last few days that articles that list moves & have trailers aren’t loading. For example your article titled “only stream these movies on Netflix if you like drop dead sexy guys” doesn’t load amongst other articles listing movies. I click on the link & the page is blank. Also your quizzes don’t load either. Please fix these problems

I really like pop sugar and I enjoy the different categories for each article but POPSUGAR never stays open!! i’ll be trying to read the article and it just shuts down or I click on a link and it closes it’s very frustrating and just makes me not want to use it. even the articles where you have links to items that are being discussed to purchase you can’t click on any of the links.

I have never reviewed anything before in my life. This has been one of my favorite apps for years but over the past 6 months no matter what I do it unexpectedly closes every 2 minutes. I could be in the middle of reading an article and it just closes and I have to reset POPSUGAR . I have checked updates I’ve restarted my phone I have installed and uninstalled but all fail. I really hope a solution happens because this is truly one of the best apps for ideas!

Please stop asking me to turn on notifications every time I open POPSUGAR ... I know you want me to but I won’t ever... after 20 times you should know the answer is no.

Thanks for the auto reply....it’s the update that’s the problem.... please don’t respond to reviews before reading them you just look shallow.

POPSUGAR closes every time I click on an article! So frustrating!! Last update was 10 months ago, might be time to fix this bug!

this app is one of my favorite sites! I love POPSUGAR so much. My only con is that it constantly crashes. It crashes after every 5 minutes. This is very inefficient & annoying.

Feed oddly does not place top news in #1 position leading readers to believe the site is not updated. There have been times the lead story has remained for several days in the #1 position. In this digital age it would seem no one is minding the store.

I love POPSUGAR!! One of my favorites! So many great articles!!! However, I'm upset because it used to be perfect and now since my iOS 14 update, it crashes on me all the time. After I open about 3 articles, it kicks me off POPSUGAR . I can’t update it because it’s already up to date. I don’t know what to do. But other then that POPSUGAR has been and is amazing!

Keeps just freezing and disappearing on me. so frustrating. i deleted it. stressing me out and that’s usually why i check it out- to manage stress

As someone who struggles with PTSD and anxiety, I treat this app as a daily news-app and workout tool. The daily reminders and the positivity helps me get out of bed and be fit every day. Thank you this app, you’re truly making a difference

How to use you the feature where you can find who you look like????

POPSUGAR was my favorite weekend entertainment until it started to crash all the time. Please update!!!!

I’ve been using POPSUGAR for years and bought the latest iPad and now POPSUGAR crashes the minute I open it. I’ve deleted it and added it and it still crashes. What is the fix?

Updated POPSUGAR , signed back in, and... Alllllllllllllllllllllll my Favorited articles are GONE! 😩 I had SO many saved over these years!!

And I lost six whole months worth of favorite articles. Even logging in doesn't save them!!! Ugh

I have NEVER reviewed anything before. However, this has been my all time favorite blog and then app since its inception. I am so disappointed in the new format. Who has time to scroll through each category and then each story? This is supposed to be somewhat of an online magazine. With that in mind, no magazine forces you to look through every article to find something that you find interesting. Please bring back the old format with headlines and personalized feeds!

Update: POPSUGAR has improved in the best ways possible. I love the way that you can personalize content. I also really appreciate that the headlines have a sub category below which bring up similar content in that category. The ability to favorite stories is also wonderful. I genuinely like everything about POPSUGAR. I find myself using this daily for everything from what’s in style to healthy recipes and work out routines. To see the transformation from a blog to a truly digital magazine has been amazing. I wish there were more platforms like this. Great job this app! Now if I could just get this app Active as an app on my computer I would be over the moon.
