How to fix C-SPAN RADIO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the C-SPAN RADIO app on iPhone
Update C-SPAN RADIO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall C-SPAN RADIO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix C-SPAN RADIO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve C-SPAN RADIO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

C-SPAN RADIO Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix C-SPAN RADIO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the C-SPAN RADIO App
1. On android, goto Settings » C-SPAN RADIO » click [Force Stop]

Update C-SPAN RADIO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear C-SPAN RADIO App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » C-SPAN RADIO » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart C-SPAN RADIO.

Fix C-SPAN RADIO unable to contact server/ C-SPAN RADIO internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click C-SPAN RADIO » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto C-SPAN RADIO » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch C-SPAN RADIO
