Windows app not working. Noted today. Windows 10 Home (x64) Version 22H2 (build 19045.4412)

Desktop app will not run. Just started today. Windows 11 Pro Version 24H2

Windows app not working after latest update (Feb 2025). Problem in both Windows 10 & 11

My Radar STILL won't load for some reason but did for a day. Is this another Win11 issue?

When I load MyRadar it only shows a black screen. It worked yesterday, but now it won't.

I am sharing my IPhone gps location with the My Radar phone (IPhone 15 pro max iOS 17.5.1 )app and My Radar has stopped showing my location ( use to be a blue dot over my house on the map) What’s up?? I deleted the app and reinstalled it, still not showing.

Lightening has disappeared from my My Radar app…was there earlier today now it’s gone.

The app incorrectly reports the city in my location. I am NOT in 'West Park,' Florida; I am in Miramar, Florida. I know it's not a big deal, but the reporting station is also North of 'West Park.'

My Radar app on my Windows 11 PC has quit showing rain etc. I see other choices I've made are there, but the basic radar screen isn't working correctly. I hope it can be fixed.

On iPhone, IOS 16.3.1, My Radar is not updating temperatures. Displayed temp is from 3 days ago. I have restarted the app, restarted the phone... no improvement. 10-day glance is correct, but day-by-day is old.

The temperature is stuck at 84° no matter what actual temperature is

The land is not loading, I can see the radar.... just not the land.

***** UPDATE! The radar screen apparently reverted to showing temperatures in Celsius vs. Fahrenheit. I had checked the setting previously and it was set for Fahrenheit. I think this problem may have happened after an update. Anyway, toggling the temperature indicator back and forth between Fahrenheit and Celsius appears to have fixed the problem.

The display is showing incorrect temperatures. (At all locations)

I love My Radar as I have been a weather geek my whole life. I am, however, very annoyed by the sidebar on the right side of my screen that shows up without my asking it to. The data is helpful, but once I have read it I want to close the sidebar since it covers 1/3 of the screen. I am not very tech savvy, and this is probably an easy fix. But I can’t figure it out. Meanwhile, I am watching only part of the radar screen. Can you please tell me how to fix this? Thanks for your help, Judy

Love my MyRadar app, but lately it doesn't update the location when I scroll to a different location. Stuck on the same one no mater where I center the map?

Lately MyRadar Pro has simply stopped responding to any screen input, shortly after starting it up on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. It works fine initially upon startup, responding well to all functions and then if you let it run for a few minutes undisturbed it looks like it is working fine but all screen interaction with the application ceases to work. The only way to fix it is shut it down and restart it. I am running the latest iOS update 16.2. Not sure if anyone else has had this issue or not but I wanted you to be aware of it.

MyRadar app isn't showing ANY locations on the map. All I get is N/A across the US and beyond. I have done all the troubleshooting on my end and have found no issues. My other weather on my phone shows my location. I have sent several tickets but received no response—more than likely due to its Christmas. I hope to hear back soon and that they fix the issue.

I really miss your daily forcast , are there plans to resume any time soon?

When I pull up my storm radar app it Disappears right away

The RADAR button in the top menu bar does not function. To get to radar view, I have to turn on the radar/lightning layer from the stack. This button has never functioned, even though I've been thru at least four (4) Android updates and refreshed the app many times.

Every time I get a notification and swipe to open it, it goes to Towanda, KS even though I have my location set to where I live in Alabama. Not sure if I'm getting notifications for Kansas or where I live. So weird. (Android)

The app just closed while I was using it and when you try to open again it comes up for about 1 second and the closes. I deleted app and reinstalled still same. Restarted phone and installed update and still the same.

Just started crashing in iPhone 10. Normal White widget in upper left corner of screen next to the time turns blue and the app fails while opening. Shut down iPhone and deleted and reinstalled app with no success. Love the app, hope you can help get it back. Thanks, Pat

My Radar will not refresh when I open it. All day yesterday it was stuck on the same information it had at 9:00 am. When I opened it this morning it was still stuck on Tuesday morning. After being open for about 3 minutes it finally refreshed to current time. It has been doing this for several weeks. I even uninstalled and then reinstalled the app and the only thing that changed is now I have a narrow ad banner on the bottom edge of the screen that I didn't have before. Not an improvement!

The screen is locked up. The screen will not respond to pinch/ scroll commands. The app has been like this for over 24 hours.

My Radar is stuck on forcast and will not return to radar.

Today the app (running on iPhone SE) seems to show random geographic areas and does not respond to pinches or any kind of finger-touch direction, and the screen pretty much remains blank while the dity named at the top randomly jumps to places all over the world

The rain chance listed and the rain chance line graph are not correlating correctly. The line graph is showing a much lower percent chance than is listed next to each day.

The app used to show me information from other locations by moving the radar. No longer, now is stuck just over my home location. Why?

every time (since yesterday) I touch the screen or move to a new location to check weather, the screen flips to a black/blank like (video?) recording or display screen and I have to close it or swipe the the left to see the myRadar display with a X in upper left, sound button in the upper right, 15seconds rewind, Start arrow button in center bottom and 15 seconds forward... I have to clear it every time I touch the screen... every time!!!!

Crashes my A51. Fix it. My favorite radar app.

Got a Samsung upgrade last month on my A51 and not abble to run my radar except from the installation fisrt time run. Otherwise it's just keep crashing my cell. Very disapointed. I will have to saddly uninstalled it

My Radar starts to open then freezes and finally crashes my Samsung tablet. Both android OS and app are updated. Tried reinstalling and tried clearing cache and data. Pro version on Apple Ios is working fine. Help!

Launch my radar app and it loads then immediately returned to the Home Screen

My Radar app has a glitch On the scan from Tallahassee to Hazlehurst it is showing precip in the scan where there is none This is causing my app to issue false alarms

MyRadar pops up and the disappears and I’m back on my home screen on my iPad.

On the afternoon of May 24,2022 the My Radar app started crashing/not working on my iPhone and has still been acting this way 24 hours later. I’ve had this app since around 6 years ago and this is the first issue I’ve had with them. I’m very distressed about this and hope the issue is fixed soon.

Precipitation and movements of storm cells are not being reflected on screen. According to my screen, there is NO precipitation or storms any where in the world....and it's currently raining here at my home.

The new version I up loaded always claims there’s a network problem, even with full bars and with a very good WiFi with great up and download speeds I really like the app for over a year or longer but I’ve had to cancel my subscription iphone

All of a sudden under Earthquakes I am only getting the strong (red) ones. Even though I have all over 2.5 marked. They were showing up until yesterday. Please advise

I am using the free version and just recently the screen shows large black triangles hiding 50% of the map. I tried uninstall and re-install still not working.
