My beeline app on iPhone 11 will not plan any new routes I can only get the pre stored ones . WiFi is good and the app is up to date in App Store tried updating turning on and off nothing works

My Beeline device seems to be stuck. It shows a cloud with a ‘b’ in it and an arrow pointing downward. It has been like this for more than 24 hours. Then it was out of power, but when I start charging it, it shows the same thing again. I can not connect the app on my Android phone or iPad anymore to the device. What should I do?

I can't get my beeline moto to connect and start a journey. It just says 0.1 m and the little circle just keeps rotating. I just did an update.

Good evening > I'd like to report login issue with Beeline device, message on display "connection issue, try again" when trying to login. I need to find out if this is just temporary glitch with Beeline's server. Thank you kindly.
