My app won’t plan a ride and keeps coming up with unknown error. Please advise.
Problem with dial screen. Nothing will come on the screen when I turn on my app. No arrow or numbers. tried to unpair and repair but nothing asking me to pair up.

My beeline app on iPhone 11 will not plan any new routes I can only get the pre stored ones . WiFi is good and the app is up to date in App Store tried updating turning on and off nothing works
My Beeline device seems to be stuck. It shows a cloud with a ‘b’ in it and an arrow pointing downward. It has been like this for more than 24 hours. Then it was out of power, but when I start charging it, it shows the same thing again. I can not connect the app on my Android phone or iPad anymore to the device. What should I do?
