I have a live auctioneers account, I was on line bidding and somehow got kicked out. Every time I try to get back in I get A access denied message. ? How can I move forward with my bidding? Thanks Tim.

I cannot complete a bid on the app on my MacBook Pro running Mac OS Big Sur. A box comes up when I try to bid that lets me enter a bid amount but there is no way to scroll down the box to execute the bid. Very frustrating. I have not had this issue in the past
