I love AvonNow , it’s easy to use. It becomes frustrating when I can’t click the back button... if I do, I wait forever for the page to load, and usually exit out of AvonNow and start over.

There are days where AvonNow works wonderfully, then other where I can’t get anything to load. I’ve tried redownloading and exiting out of AvonNow .. I’m on WiFi... still won’t load anything.

It’s hard to to do quick orders when it takes hours for AvonNow to work.

I loved utilizing AvonNow up until about two months ago. Anytime I click back it continues to load, never actually taking me to the previous page. I have to always get out of AvonNow completely and come back in to refresh AvonNow . When shopping it can get very frustrating when adding items to the cart. I either have to get out in between items and come back in or search each item individually but that only works when you know exactly what you’d like to purchase. I thought maybe it was my phone but I’ve spoke to a few people and they’ve told me it happens for them as well. Hopefully this issue will be resolved eventually because overall AvonNow makes ordering so much easier.

AvonNow has not work since I installed it. It starts to open and then disappears and then there is no process running for it. I try restarting it over several times the same thing keeps happening. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled AvonNow and still no luck. I have an iPad 2019 seventh generation. I’d also like to know how individual representatives have apps that are specific to their name and login how do you get that? Thank you very much for your time I hope to see that AvonNow is working so I can give it a five star rating. Until then I’m sorry I gave it a one star for effort.

Every time I open AvonNow then closes. Checked for updates non available. Rebooted device did not fix. Un install then reinstall and same problem. I need it working on my iPad like it does on my iPhone. It’s not my network because I can get on phone. This started two weeks ago. My phone did it at one pointfor3 days. Both devices are new models and updated. And have been using AvonNow since sept last year. Nothing I try fixes the issue

App is easy to maneuver within, user friendly l. However, when going back (clicking back button) it loads forever...I have to exit out of AvonNow completely and god back in. This becomes more frustrating when searching for products and having to go back to the previous page but can’t because it doesn’t load and have to refresh AvonNow or click home every time to go back.

I have to constantly choose what I want to do multiple times before it actually goes to that screen. Very frustrating when you’re trying to add an order and it takes you 10 times, not kidding, to get to the screen. It just keeps going back to my home page.

Once you log on, it’s fine and you can browse but when you start ordering items to add to your cart and you finish, using the back button is HORRIBLE!! It loads FOREVER. You have to log out or just swipe off app completely. Today I left it loading and went downstairs, did my dishes, threw some laundry in and took my dog out and went upstairs to check and it was STILL loading!
How do u expect reps to put orders in on a consistent basis when it’s impossible to stay on AvonNow??

I love AvonNow . I use AvonNow on my iPad for my business all the time. Recently, I have not been able to access AvonNow from my iPad. Every time I click the icon, it crashes. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it still happens. I’m able to access AvonNow from my phone but I can’t run my business from my phone. Please look into this ASAP! Otherwise I would be giving 5 stars.

It’s beyond frustrating because it hasn’t been fixed. Can’t use the back button because it will “load” forever. Can’t search because 80% of the time it either doesn’t work or crashes AvonNow . We’re going digital but the technology isn’t there. Not real reassuring. I just tried clicking on the antibacterial hand gel and it won’t load, keeps taking me to the home page. You can’t do a customer order like that, or your own.

I love the new app better than the old one. And I love the idea behind it but it still has a lot of fixing to do. It’s constantly crashing on me. Since it’s new I’m being patient. But please! Fix this soon and an “go back” arrow function would be marvelous. Like I said it’s great but it’s a work in progress....

I love the Avon App, but I’m currently having problems. The first is it freezes up when I’m trying to loggin & instead of remembering my stuff like I selected it to, I have to put in my password every time I go to AvonNow , which is when it freezes. Other than that I really enjoy it!

Whatever you guys have done to this site it’s not working. I’ve been a rep for 9 years now and am ready to hang it up.

I haven’t been able to print invoices and never had any problems before, also I’m trying to put an order in tonight and it won’t let me. I’m very disappointed in Avon at this time.

I also think some of your items have way to high of a price on them.

I love the this app App but it would be much better if it functioned correctly. It is always freezing and not loading like it is suppose to. I always and not just sometimes but always have to force close AvonNow and reopen it to get it to start working again.

Like so many other reviews. Back button causes me to start over. Enter items button will sometimes jump to next campaign with the highlighted button to not let me add order. Dash board does not load always. I use an iPhone and an iPad with problems on both. Avon wants us to use this as the main system. It is so frustrating.

I love AvonNow, but every time I use the back arrow it stops working. When I’m looking at a product I have to go in to the menu and start over rather than just go back. Oh, and the home icon does the same. It happened on my other iPhone too.

AvonNow keeps freezing and locking up - I have to close and re-open AvonNow and sometimes it still doesn’t work. Annoying when trying to order & submit payment.

I’ve tried several times to log in to AvonNow however it won’t let me. As I type the letter dont show up on the screen although the cursor moves as though I’m typing successfully then once I hit the sign in button an error message pops up. I’ve deleted and download AvonNow several times and had the same problem each time

AvonNow was a 5 star for me until about 3 months ago. I used AvonNow on my IPad, it was an awesome way to do business on the go. Now it won’t even open up. Did AvonNow get COVID-19 and never recover. No seriously will there be any updates to AvonNow or is there a tech support I can contact concerning this. Like I said it started out really go and somewhere along the way it just gave out.

I used to be able to access on my IPad but now every time I try to open AvonNow it crashes...... I have deleted and reinstalled AvonNow several times to see if it will fix the problem but it hasn’t worked!

The back button is not functional. OT cause me to have to start me search over every single time. It makes having a catalog on hand necessary. AvonNow is supposed to be a easy to use and fast but now it seems to have so many problems that is not much of an asset anymore.

I love AvonNow . It is very handy for on the go but can you put a back button so that. We are not having to start all the way back over everything we want to go back to the list of items?

Great concept. AvonNow keeps crashing on me when I click links and redirects me back to the log in page. When I open my web office I get redirected to the main home screen. 😒

I can’t seem to go back to a page . If I click something on and want to go back I can’t find a arrow.

I’m an Avon rep. Who got AvonNow to help me better run and manage my business while on the go. However, AvonNow doesn’t always let me go to the pages I selected. About 1 in every 20 tries is successful. Please help fix AvonNow so that me and any other reps using AvonNow can get along better with using our phones to work.

I love the thought of having an Avon app on my phone to add items to an order on the go, but it is very frustrating when you have to click on where you want to go multiple times to even get your work done.

I never had issues of accessing my account on the old Avon app I downloaded AvonNow and low and behold all I get is a blank screen. I try to sign in and it is a white blank screen I can’t access anything. I’m beginning to wander if I should have kept the old app:(

Ever since your most recent update to 3.5, my this app app is crashing right at launch, and even after force closing it, it will not open. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling AvonNow , and the same issue happens. Please fix!!

This application is a great idea for those who have are on the go and need to enter a quick order for the Deal of the Day. You are able to access your site to order only the deal, but not managing other orders. It is good that Avon is giving their reps another channel to put their orders in without having to sacrifice time to go to a computer and enter their orders, which can become critical for those customers who wait until the last minute. Only thing that I do not like about this is that I'm not able to log out of AvonNow (in case my phone is stolen). I would also love to see another Avon app developed for entering other orders in, that's not only the special of the day, but I know that will come in a later time.

Please fix AvonNow. I have had nothing g but trouble from day 1. I click to go somewhere and it loads the same page. over and over.
I end up opening safari to get anything done. also scrolls as slow as a snail.

Glitchy, won’t load pages ! Constantly sending back to previous page! And what the heck is up with the “website developer “ and “app support” link sending you to the acutal sign in page!!!

This new app is terrible. It crashes all the time. I have to hit the home option every time before I can do anything. It doesn’t work well with my iPhone. Please fix these issues.

Should never have updated to AvonNow. Old one worked. This doesn’t. Keeps taking me back to logging in to the website. Stinks
