This app has not work since I installed it. It starts to open and then disappears and then there is no process running for it. I try restarting it over several times the same thing keeps happening. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the app and still no luck. I have an iPad 2019 seventh generation. I’d also like to know how individual representatives have apps that are specific to their name and login how do you get that? Thank you very much for your time I hope to see that this app is working so I can give it a five star rating. Until then I’m sorry I gave it a one star for effort.

Once you log on, it’s fine and you can browse but when you start ordering items to add to your cart and you finish, using the back button is HORRIBLE!! It loads FOREVER. You have to log out or just swipe off app completely. Today I left it loading and went downstairs, did my dishes, threw some laundry in and took my dog out and went upstairs to check and it was STILL loading!
How do u expect reps to put orders in on a consistent basis when it’s impossible to stay on this app??

It’s beyond frustrating because it hasn’t been fixed. Can’t use the back button because it will “load” forever. Can’t search because 80% of the time it either doesn’t work or crashes the app. We’re going digital but the technology isn’t there. Not real reassuring. I just tried clicking on the antibacterial hand gel and it won’t load, keeps taking me to the home page. You can’t do a customer order like that, or your own.
