I have a problem with ADT Pulse

No current problems

- Issues with the actual system

- Too much of a delay in between when the camera is reset and ready to take videos again

- Half a minute longer that can’t be viewed and parts that are missed completely of what’s going on in the front yard

- No way to use Pulse with a partitioned system, except for P1

- Cannot send texts or emails when there's something to be known about

- Cannot trigger video clip captures, even though ADT installed two cameras on the building

- App no longer gives full range view of the camera

- Blamed on iPhone, then said it was Verizon and needed to call them to fix a setting on the phone

To resolve ADT Pulse network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Force Stop the ADT Pulse App
1. On android, goto Settings » ADT Pulse » click [Force Stop]

Clear ADT Pulse App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ADT Pulse » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ADT Pulse.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ADT Pulse » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ADT Pulse » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ADT Pulse
