Feeling Frauded.

Many of us have recently paid the $15 or $20(can’t remember) to upgrade our Fidelity Apps. We were in turn allowed to upload our images and logos(now a subscription only feature) and many other upgrade PAID features. Now an update comes along and not only our our PAID upgrade features limited but our grandfathered in app is now requesting a subscription. Also I noticed some of the paid features which set us apart from the rest are even free now? Completely eliminating exclusivity... interesting pitch.
We are diehard loyal to Fidelity and make it very clear to others that they are preferred on all our deals. Hence, why it pains me to leave anything negative as a review that they are attached to ,but this app maker is just wrong.
A solution would be to yield the paid members a full refund of the paid service they are no longer honoring or to grant us a 2 year paid membership into the annual app.

Unfair treatment

I got the old version of his app and my account was charged with $14 one time payment for the premium version. With the new upgrade I had to sign up again from scratch and I am being asked to pay a whopping monthly subscription fee now.. that is very unfair and I feel like I just got ripped off

I can’t believe I have to buy this apps premium features again I had already purchased the app and now it auto updated no way to go back to the old one and they are going to charge now 12 a year for the new app. Unacceptable
