Gedi continue to take money for my monthly abbonamento. BUT access to the giornale/daily paper is denied! Why! I have changed my password, but nothing changes. For this reason I must cancel my subscription. Gedi have sent me a web-link. My computer will not recognise it. So I am paying for NOTHING! Please help Nicky Browne GEDI No: PVV F9N ZHJ8T

How to fix la Repubblica app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the la Repubblica app on iPhone
Update la Repubblica app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall la Repubblica iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix la Repubblica on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve la Repubblica network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the la Repubblica App
1. On android, goto Settings » la Repubblica » click [Force Stop]

Update la Repubblica to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear la Repubblica App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » la Repubblica » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart la Repubblica.

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click la Repubblica » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto la Repubblica » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
