App won’t open. Stays on red screen with the dot of the letter “I” just bouncing.
I am not able to open my Epicurious app and I know that I subscribed. The ‘dot on the letter ‘ i’ just keeps bouncing up and down
The app won’t load at all. Have tried multiple times, after hard resets, etc.
The app fails to load. And despite my subscription, I continue to get messages that my free recipes are running out. This is disturbing. Will I get a credit for the months this app has not worked? Please advise.
App is not opening.
The app acts like it has never heard of me. I’m not going to pay the subscription fee again. I just used this a few days ago. I have an account.
Either fix the app or refund my subscription fee. I am no longer able to access a single recipe since paying for the app. This is ridiculous!
The app works less than half the time. I can search, the name of a recipe appears and when I click on it it shows a generic picture of a table setting, let’s me review the recipe, but the recipe never appears. If I click on saved recipes the app totally crashes. This has only been happening since I had to pay to use the app!
They seemed to have fixed the no saved recipes (default fix is log out log in again) but since 16-Jan it simply won’t load any recipe once clicked on. This is absurd and all coincides with their institution of the pay wall (which I stupidly paid). Worst IT on the planet.
I have a subscription and this app is crap! Doesn’t load, drops recipes and there are many recipes published in the magazine that I can’t save. I have to save ACTUAL pages from the magazine so I don’t lose the recipes. Was this app developed in 1950? FFS get it together.
Ugh. The new app keeps crashing anytime I try to access saved recipes. I have tried reinstalling … to no effect. I wish I had never hit update

All of my saved recipes (over 200) are gone. I have used this app for over 5 years!!!!!
App on my phone has no saved recipes in my collection. Where have they gone?
7/21/22 I have reported in reviews in the app store multiple times that this app crashes every time I’m in it. Maybe at least 2 years? Today I went to app store to write another review about the same & when I did a search, epicurious never came up. Did they discontinue this app??!?!
